The quality of the work was sub-par at best. The quality of the cabinetry is also not great. The one owner we worked with became very rude at the end of the process due to corrections needing to be made on the final bill. They attempted to bill us on items that were originally defined as part of the procedure and within the parameters of the overall costs. The electrician left exposed and uncapped wiring in our basement and when he denied this, Kitchen Village, rather than showing customer support, sided with the electrician. You can also expect an unfinished room when they are done. They do not paint or take care of the finishing touches such as tiling. If you want a high quality job, where you can walk into a completed room, DO NOT hire the Kitchen Village. read more
