When I saw that they had the Birria dip sandwich I knew I had to try it and I expected it to be smaller than the actual photo but it was very big, hot, cheesy, and delicious. Everything you love about Birria was in the sandwich! The consomme was a bit different, more of a gravy consistency, but I really enjoyed it and so did my husband! we were dipping fries in it too. It came out faster than I expected, and everybody was really nice. The employee kindly answered my questions about the Birria eggrolls but i didnt try them because the onion and cilantro was in the premade rolls (makes sense! I just hhhaaaaateeeee cilantro & onion). This is kind of a limited sandwich for them or at least that's what it seemed like, but I would definitely eat it again and thankfully, we have a more local one near me. It's in the haven city marketplace so seating is first come first serve. Busy active place!

I always have so much trouble choosing where to eat at the Haven City Market, however during my last visit, I was in the mood for a good quality burger and fries meal. With this craving, my husband and I found ourselves at The Kroft and, let me tell you, it didn't disappoint. From the service to the food, everything was perfect. As noted above; The Kroft is located inside of the Haven City Market. There is plenty of free parking via their parking lot right outside of the market that's shared for visitors of the whole establishment. We ordered a few things to share among our family for lunch and, truly, everything was delicious. Our order consisted of: - Birria Eggrolls - Loco Moco Poutine fries - French Onion Smash Bgr All of the flavor profiles were perfectly matched to their namesake. My favorite was the French Onion Smash Bgr. The smash burger itself was packed with flavors and was a prime example of a solid burger. We also loved how the kitchen was generous with the poutine in the loaded fries. It was my daughter's favorite part of the meal. The Kroft is a fantastic addition to the Haven City Market. They made a strong first impression and we will definitely be back to try more off of their menu sooner than later.

This is one of the burger spots you can choose inside Haven City Market. Heard good things about Kroft and I'm so glad we tried it. Luckily there many seats available at the time we got there because I know it can be pretty busy in there. We got the wagyu smash burger with garlic truffle fries and the spicy jack smash burger with spicy fries. Overall it was good, but the meat of the burger was on the drier side and the cheese wasn't melted as much as I'd like it to be. Both fries were really good and texture was cooked to perfection. The strawberry lemonade was a tad bit sweet but still good. However, the mango lemonade tasted a bit watered down. I'm a fan of mango flavored drinks but I would've skipped out on that one. The girl who took our order was very sweet and was efficient with taking our orders. Overall, would come and but I'll have try another burger.

The Kroft, located in Haven City Market, really hit the spot for us. We wanted something filling but not too much as we had further plans. My friend chose the Loaded Philly Fries, which she said were like an amped up In n Out animal fries, which is a compliment since she likes those. For me, a keto option of bunless smash burger was the way to go. It had exactly what one looks for in this kind of burger - that crispy goodness that comes from the Maillard reaction. MmmMmmmm! Cheesy, beefy, saucy goodness! Order at the counter, find a table, and wait to be texted. Or, head outside where fresh air, shady spaces, or sunlight make for a beautiful dining area.

Was craving a smash burger and Kroft didn't disappoint at all from the caramelized edges of the wagyu patties, the runny fried egg that I added and the brioche bun. I was also interested in trying the birria poutine glad I did it was packed with flavor, I couldn't finish it so I brought it home and ate it the following day, still good with the melted cheese curds. My boyfriend and I were hanging out at the Haven City Market in Rancho Cucamonga and the Kroft had an anniversary buy one get one free deal on the day of our visit. What a deal! We decided to share the Kroft Fried Chicken ($13.95/value) and the Braised Beef Poutine ($13.95/value). They gave us a pager so we were able to walk around and find a table while the food was getting prepared. There are plenty of tables around Haven City Market. The food was prepared in a reasonable amount of time. The portion of both of these were big. The fried chicken sandwich was a bit bready for my liking. The fried chicken was a bit oily. I didn't like the jalapeno and found myself picking it out. I could have used more garlic aioli in it. The braised beef poutine was definitely the better of the 2. There was a good amount of braised beef and gravy on top of fries. My only comment is that I would have liked more cheese curds. A nice snack. I have been a fan of the Kroft since their Anaheim Packing District location so I'm glad they expanded and doing well. I would like it if they brought back the porchetta sandwich.

When you pick up your order there's a very hilarious picture of a crying pig if you look closely enough. If you want to try poutine, this is the place to do it! I was surprised that they had such an extensive menu of poutine (classic, but they also have smashed wagyu, loco moco, fried fish chowder, braised beef, chicken parm, etc. and of course they also have their sandwiches, burgers and sides. If you have kiddos or not a big appetite, they have a kid's meal too. They have their soft serve, but sadly when I went they only had their vanilla, no seasonal flavor, but that was okay. I got their loco moco poutine loaded fries. Loco moco is one of my favorite dishes to get at Hawaiian restaurants, so this was a no brainer for me. You leave them your number and they text you when your order is read. Everything is grilled/fried on the spot so it comes out piping hot and it takes a bit of time, especially on a weekend, but it's worth the wait for something tasty. It took around 15-ish minutes for my order but there was line when I ordered, a line after me and when I picked up my food, a group of people waiting for their food. So just keep that in mind. Not too bad. For their loco moco poutine, it comes with 2 smashed wagyu beef patties, grilled and crispy fried onions, a fried sunny side up egg, brown gravy, cheese curds, green onions, and ketchup glaze. It's as they say, they're loaded fries. I took a couple bites and immediately got full. Definitely something that can be shared amongst people, at least 2, or even more if you want to wander the food hall and try more. Cheese curds are super cheesy, did a really tall cheese pull with it. Fries are the thicker cut type and went great with the gravy. Egg was nice and runny adding extra flavor to it. I think the only thing is with all of the savory and the beef patties, gravy, and fries, it was a tad salty for me. I took this home to supplement with rice, so I can have carbs on carbs. Overall not bad.

Finally an actual smash burger and not something just called a smash burger. crispy cheese, well done burger, soft toasted bread. It was complete. The star was the Birria egg rolls, something I can explain why it works so well with a consume dipping broth on the side but this was the highlight and I can go just for this with the jalapeño coleslaw that was fresh, no where over dressed but came together well. Spicy fries are spicy fries. Cooked well! Delivery order so I can't speak to more than the actual food.

We were shocked by the good prices on this delicious food! We got a burger and garlic truffle fries and really enjoyed them! The girl who helped us was also so kind and welcoming! We will definitely be back!

We stopped by this stand on the way back home from the gun range. We received good customer service and the area was clean and we got our food in a short amount of time. Lots of spots to choose from in the food hall but you should check out the Kroft if you like burgers! Burgers were large and made fresh to order. We had the option to dine in or take out. Deserae was super kind and helpful. We Ordered: - 1 Haven w/ Garlic Truffle Fries - too spicy for me, but still very good, fries were seasoned well and crispy - 1 French Onion Smash Burger- came with a dipping sauce, tasty and I recommend There were lots of seating in the food hall and lots of parking available.

This wasn't our first visit to The Kroft, and it definitely won't be our last - we're regulars here for a reason. Our go-to is the Wagyu Smash Cheeseburger, perfectly cooked every time with that crave-worthy crispy edge you expect from a smash burger. The cheese-to-burger ratio is spot on, but since I'm a cheese lover, I always add extra for that irresistible gooey bite. It comes with their signature cheeseburger sauce, which is similar to other "secret sauces" out there, but if you want to kick things up, order a side of their horseradish mayo -- trust me, it's a game changer. Another favorite (that we didn't get this time) is their Cheeseburger Egg Rolls -- a fun twist that's packed with flavor. They also have Birria Egg Rolls, which are equally delicious. The staff is great, especially Amy and Deserae, who always greet us with a warm smile and remember our usuals. Their happy hour runs Monday through Friday with excellent beer and wine prices. A bigger bonus is their rewards program which has definitely paid off for us over time. While Haven City Market has plenty of food options, The Kroft is one of those places we just keep coming back to. For those of you that don't know about Haven City, it's like an upscale food court with elevated dining options. They have seating both inside and outside, and while most of the seating isn't the most comfortable, it's still a great place to hang out. The outdoor courtyard feels like a little escape from the outside world. With being regulars, many of the places know who we are, and we almost always run into at least one person we know. Whether you're grabbing a burger and poutine from The Kroft or something from one of the other food spots, there's always a place to sit and enjoy your meal. read more

The Kroft is the newest addition to Haven City Market, and we were definitely curious to give it a try. We're big fans of gravy fries and smash burgers--and they have both! Although we had already ordered food from another vendor that day, we couldn't resist sampling something small to get a feel for the place. So we decided to try their Classic Poutine Fries. The girl at the counter was super sweet and friendly. She took the time to answer our questions, walk us through the menu, explain portion sizes, and even share some customer favorites--which was really appreciated. The Classic Poutine came with rich gravy and cheese curds. The gravy tasted house-made--light, creamy, and full of flavor. The cheese curds added that perfect savory chew, making the fries feel indulgent and satisfying. It was exactly what you'd hope for in a classic poutine. Took the fam bam out to dinner over on Haven and took a walk around trying to find the place we saw on IG, the place with all the incredible looking high quality too good to be true food. We found it and all I can say is.... It's Bomb dot com! Absolutely splendid. We got the chicken parm and cheese steak sandwiches along with a kids mac n cheese. Always wanted to try this at their Anaheim location but never got the chance to. Was surprised to see that they opened one here. Got the country fried chicken poutine, loco moco poutine, and a side of Mac n cheese. Country fried chicken poutine - the chicken is juicy and tender but the gravy was a bit weird tasting. Loco moco poutine - the smash patties were very fragrant but way too salty. I was expecting the fried egg on top to be still partially raw but it was fully cooked already. There were a few splashes of what seemed to be ketchup on top of the egg and I wish they put more because the patties were salty and so was the gravy. It literally tasted like more than a days worth of sodium intake. Fries were nice and crispy on both. Portion-wise it is not bad. I mainly couldn't finish it because of how salty it was. Mac n cheese- cheese was velvety but so bland. There are breadcrumbs on top of it. I didn't finish it and weirdly enough when I heated it up the next day it was extremely salty read more

Kind of disappointing. Came here on a regular Tuesday night. Ordered the regular smash burger, BBQ pork wagyu smash burger, and wagyu smash fries. Only two burgers and a fry but it took nearly 40 mins to get the food. Grill cooks were painfully slow to watch and moved with no sense of urgency. Enough complaints about the wait time though, the food tasted decent, at best. The smash patties were inconsistent, on the regular smash burger the edges were not crispy at all, but on the BBQ pork smash burger the edges were crispy and perfectly grilled. Disappointing when one patty tastes like a good smash patty and the other tastes like a regular burger patty. Fries were honestly the best part of the meal, sauce complemented it well and the flavor was great, but same thing here, the patties did not have a crispy edge like a good smash burger should have. Overall if the food took that long to prepare, it could have at least tasted like the best burger of my life. Other customers in line looked grumpy as well. Not sure if they were understaffed or just extremely slow workers. I got the Kali Mist (Spicy Club) on garlic herb bread and my friend got The Kind (Turkey, Bacon, Shrooms) but without the shrooms on white bread. After ordering at the counter, we took a seat at one of the tables to dine-in. The music was a little loud for my preference, which makes me sound like I'm a million years old but oh well. Our orders were brought over by an employee once they were ready and I was immediately impressed by the amount of toppings and how good everything looked and smelled. My sandwich was super tasty and I especially loved the chipotle mayo and garlic herb bread! Having never tried Cheba Hut before, I immediately asked my friend where the closest location was after taking my first few bites. I'd love to try more sandwiches.

Unfortunately, this location was a bit of a letdown. The restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere, feels polished and comfortable for a relaxing casual dinner. Service was fine. We were led to the outdoor patio; the noise level was average. The adults started with a beer and an Old Fashioned, and everything seemed promising at first with attentive service by Ben. For dinner, the two girls in our group, both 11 years old, decided to share the steak frites and the cheddar biscuits. At around $40, we expected the protein portion to be a little more substantial, at least enough for two girls to share. What came out felt like a 4 ounces serving (at best) of steak with at least half a pound of seasoned fries. The fries were fine, but the steak was tough, even after we cut it into smaller pieces for them. The girls were disappointed, especially since they were excited to share something a little more grown-up. The cheddar biscuits were meh, lacking cheddar flavor. My husband had the classic burger with fries which was just okay although the patty was a bit overcooked since he asked for medium rare. It was average at best. I opted for the summer chicken plate. The salad that came with it was actually the best part of the meal. The lemon basil vinaigrette was light and really complement the romaine lettuce. Unfortunately, the chicken itself was dry and tough. Our server described it as a half chicken with hot honey sauce, but the sauce didn't really taste spicy or honey-like. It was more like a very light maple syrup. We ended up using ranch dressing to help the chicken along, which says a lot. I wanted to like Paul Martin's but based on this visit, the food just didn't deliver. With so many other dinner options at Victoria Gardens, it is hard to justify coming back when the main dishes were this underwhelming.

I recently visited Kroft in Haven City, in Rancho Cucamonga, and overall, it was a delightful experience! We ordered the Loco Moco Poutine and the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich. Starting with the Loco Moco Poutine, this isn't your typical Hawaiian loco moco. Instead of rice, it's served with fries, which was a fun twist! The patties were cooked well and seasoned perfectly, but I found the fries a bit salty for my taste. Still, it was a good take on the dish. Now, onto the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich--my son absolutely loved it! The chicken was well-seasoned and cooked to perfection, and the marinara sauce was simply amazing. The only drawback was the long wait time, likely because everything is made fresh to order. Kroft has a diverse menu with plenty of options, and I'm excited to come back and try more. Tried the wagyu burger at Kroft and it was honestly one of the best burgers I've had. The meat was super juicy and flavorful, everything tasted fresh, and the fries were perfect too. Staff was friendly and the food came out quick. Definitely coming back again. h read more
