In addition, the landscaping quality is shotty: I can step on where they "regraded" and backfilled our soil and fall right through. In summary: They do not know what they are doing. They don't pull permits, they don't know how to design drain systems with safety features in mind, and the owner Niko made false promises multiple times on how they intended to remedy our situation. Now we are left to rebuild our basement after a nightmare situation. Do NOT hire them for any work.
