Absolutely lied about finishing spring cleanup up on part of my yard. She said we will do it in fall but charged me for it. They would cut around the branches on the grass instead of picking them up. Always some excuse!!! The worst was when they chopped my newly planted trees and never apologized. She said oh let's do this to them and I will come out myself and trim around them with my yard scissors never happened. My trees were just growing back and they chopped them again. Her response was they look great let's add this to them instead of apologizing which truly upset me. They were removing a tree…read moreat Grove/Main in Lombard this afternoon and had their truck so far into the main street and curved to the left that it was IMPOSSIBLE to see if there was oncoming traffic! Not only was this just absolutely inconsiderate it was DANGEROUS. I took the posted pictures while I was stopped at the stop sign at that corner and as you can see that the truck completely blocks traffic. I actually had the car behind me back up so that I could reverse and go a different route, I'm not particularly fond of getting t-boned with my three year old in the car. The other picture I took while pulled to the side on main street, once again showing how far out the truck was and obstructing traffic. I proceeded to call the company today and still have no response. I also reported them to the village.

Each times a disingenuous excuse was given about personnel shortages and inaccuracy on the initial estimate. At the end I had to literally pay them to leave the project. I then found several weeks later that the previously agreed on underlayment for the mulch install was not installed causing a bunch of weeds to grow over newly installed mulch. So that meant another $2K out of my pocket but this time with a different contractor bc I would never engage with these guys again. Strongly advise to be very cautious and look elsewhere.
