Not satisfied at all. LUCKILY I only paid 50 dollars for a promo they had. If I paid more I wouldnt leave just a review. I went yesterday at 3:15 appointment and that was all good. She had me sign a waiver etc with questions stating about my eyes the usual. But my LASHES. Not so good and a lot of lashes fell. Not filled in. I wanted more filling than length and literally did the EXACT opposite of what I wanted. We did hybrid and I showed her the picture to make sure that style was hybrid. We did hybrid with mink lashes. Never coming here again. . What I got isn't worth. Look at my pictures for reference. Jennifer A was the technician. I tried to call in to get my eyebrows threaded and the lady was rude to start made me repeat myself three times when I told her right away I needed my eyebrows threaded. She then proceeded to tell me they can't take walk ins and it's by appointment only and they are fully booked & that I can't make appointments over the phone. Mind you . They had just opened at 9am and it was 9:26 am . Hard to believe they were fully booked for the morning. I was looking for a shop that's quick and easy before work. This is definitely not an option if you have stuff to do and in a hurry. I tried to quickly do it online while in the area but just to make an appointment, you have to create some sort of account on their website which takes 5 minutes alone so you're better off driving down the road to another location that actually accepts walk ins instead of dealing with all the hassle. Anyway I just am super glad i called before and I didn't show up just to get sent away!!!!! read more

Stumbled across this place from an Instagram ad and so glad I did. Fantastic service from the time I walked in. The studio was clean and aesthetically pleasing. I had the pleasure of Jenelyn doing my extensions and she did not disappoint. My first volume set and she knocked it outta the park. She made me feel very comfortable with a consultation before starting to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted while also making sure it looked right on my face. I went to lash lounge to get my first set of eyelashes. The woman was very annoyed with me because apparently I couldn't relax my eyes enough. The entire time I laid there listening to her make noises and express her frustration with me. It was truly an awful experience. The more upset she got I'm guessing my "eyes" got less relaxed. She didn't take the time to explain anything to me and was when she was done gave me little to no advice. If you like rudeness, this is definitely the place to go. All I have to say is shame on her, she lost a potential loyal client. read more

I would recommend the Lash Lounge Orange and the Lash Lounge Costa Mesa. I am impressed with the consistent lash experience that I have received from both locations. The salons are focused on cleanliness, integrity and creating luscious confidence boosting lashes. I have gone to other Lash Lounge locations out of state and was not as happy with the results and overuse of credits. Overall, I think the membership is the way to go. Management was also helpful when I accumulated credits and requested a hold on further monthly charges until I could catch up on using my surplus of credits. Thumbs up for sure! read more
