Susan was my stylist and she was very thorough and constantly asking if I was doing okay. The salon was very nice inside. I might have fell asleep couple times because I was so comfortable. Easy to book. I got the lash cleanser and brush to maintain my lashes. The products are so pretty as well. read more

Half the lashes came out. First day not even 7 hours after having them in. The lashes just kept falling out DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! This is just a little of what I found on my clothes from falling out. My visit was today. Idont know how to respond on this. This last picture is less than 24 hours having my lashes done. Do not sign up or even think about signing up for an appointment because every. Single. Day. They will contact you asking if you're gonna sign up or not. They text, call, email you, its almost like harassment. I really enjoyed getting my lashes here but if someone doesn't answer after some time, maybe they need to learn to take the hint. i found this place on yelp and wanted to give it a shot. i got my first lash lift and tint by Denise! she was super sweet and explained how everything worked. she made sure all my questions were answered and she was very patient with me. i felt very relaxed during my appointment and i left feeling very satisfied with the service and in love with my lashes! i would definitely recommend to my friends and family and i'll definitely be coming back! read more

They have been really accommodating and have heard and made adjustments to all of my concerns. I'm very satisfied with the service and the location is very nice and clean. I have been addicted to lashes ever since I had a makeup artist throw some on me for a tv show I acted in. My eyes suddenly became so stunning... I kept glancing at myself in the mirror to make sure it was me! Fast forward 5 years and I am tired of strip lashes. It's as if no glue can last as long as I need it to because I prefer my lashes to pop from the minute I wake up until I go to sleep. So i had to give extensions a try. It IS expensive and so I did my research to find a place that matched the heavy price tag. I'm so glad I found Lash Lounge. The women are very kind and walk you through every part of the process. My lashes are short and almost non existent but Kelly did an amazing job finding the right length for me. Even when they seemed to thin out after only a couple days (my lash cycle not their fault) They kindly made me an appointment right away to fill it in without charging. I still gave a tip to Martha who re-touched my lashes because she offered me 5 star customer service experience! Also, I fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow there! It's very relaxing and as a mom of two hyper boys it's nice to get some peace... and literally wake up more beautiful! read more

The Lash Lounge in Orange is beautiful & truly amazing just like their location in Laguna Niguel. I love my lashes so much! Their stylist Lesly is one of the best & has been doing my lashes. After having an appointment, having my lashes done ( they looked great for about 4 days). They collect a 49.95 deposit at booking and you pay the balance after the service. I booked my next appointment to which they canceled 30 minutes before my appointment because "i didn't put another deposit of 49.95 down". So i arrived for my appointment only to find out they had canceled it. Not a good way to build a clientele and really bad business practice. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

I cannot express enough how utterly disappointed and devastated I am with my experience at this salon. I was visiting from out of town and decided to get a lash lift based on the glowing reviews on Yelp. Big mistake! My lashes were completely ruined beyond repair. I have a wedding this Saturday where I am a bridesmaid, amd I don't do lash extensions or glued lashes. Now my lashes are in shambles thanks to this salon's incompetence. When I reached out to the front desk to express my dismay, their response was lackluster at best. All they could offer was for me to either return or contact another location closer to me for assistance. They did offer to not charge my service, but my lashes are RUINED!!!!!!! Seeking a second opinion, I contacted another location within the same chain, only to be told that my lashes had been overprocessed and nothing could be done for the next six weeks. I was advised to simply wash and oil them. Can you imagine the horror of hearing that my lashes are beyond repair for such a long time? This place has not only ruined my lashes but also my plans for the special occasion. I urge anyone reading this review to stay far away from this salon if you value your lashes and your appearance. The lack of skill, care, and accountability is truly appalling. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs! I wish someone had warned me before I walked in. read more

I sent my mom here for her birthday as I had heard some great reviews about their location in Laguna Niguel. When she came home from the appointment I could not believe my eyes. She looks absolutely stunning. Danielle did an incredible job. My mom could not be happier. In fact she ended up signing up for their membership and plans to maintain the look on a regular basis. I highly recommend you give TLL in Orange a call and book an appointment to see for yourself. Ask for Danielle!! This place is amazing! They are always very accommodating and Natasha always does an amazing job with my lashes. I've received so many compliments on them and how "natural" the look even when I get volume lashes. They know how to make the lashes work for you and the look you're trying to achieve. The ladies as the front are also very warm and helpful and always willing to help you out with whatever you need. I AM SO HAPPY TO LEARN THAT THERE IS A ORANGE LOCATION!!! I live in Laguna, but my boyfriend lives in Tustin, down the street! It is so convenient to come here for my fills. WOW!!!!!!!!!!! I have been getting lash extensions for years and I've NEVER been inside such a beautiful and comfortable establishment.... The beds are so comfy I fell asleep!
