I live on Cape so this location is about 45 min away from me and this place is more expensive than other places. IT IS WORTH IT!!!! Anna and Mary have done my lashes and eyebrows. They are the sweetest ladies and do amazing work. The communication with the ladies in this shop is superb. They are available via text too. I was referred to Anna from The Lash Room from the makeup artist who did my makeup and hair for my wedding day. Shortly after my trial, I had complimented my hair and make up artist on her incredible eyebrows. She explained to me the process of getting an eyebrow perm and also talked about lashes. I got Anna's contact and immediately sought her services. At this point I've gotten my eyebrows permed twice and my lashes permed once, just before my wedding, of course. Anna was so great and accommodating me for the dates and times I was available, knowing that it was a busy week and I had just been traveling. She works well, she is efficient, and the finished product is amazing. Safe to say addicting. I don't live in the area but whenever I visit home I am sure to make an appointment with her! This is such a necessary post and I have to say I am incredibly lucky at having crossed paths with Ana. I was always into eyelash extensions , however I decided to go "adventurous" and give volume lashes a try. I had mixed opinions but luckily, she was the first and only person to show me that volume lashes or any style of lash CAN be pulled off if done CORRECTLY and according to your eye shape/form. She has an eye for detail and definitely puts her magic to work!! I've gone to numerous places for the past 5 years ever since I started getting eyelash extensions...some were good.. some not so good ..but My journey to finding lash perfection lead me to the Lash Room. These are the takeaways for knowing if you went to the right person ( in my case, Ana) 1. They TALK lash. They ask you what look you want to achieve / meet your expected result, and discuss any concerns or questions you have. 2.. They take their time.. which means you should at the very least be lying down for atleast an hour ( if you're getting a refill, if it's a full set get ready to nap) 3.you don't see your natural lashes fall off or rip off with the extensions ( no patches or gaps in between your lashes ) when the lashes are properly glued to the natural lash ( also no itch, no burn) 4. You can't remember when was the last time you went cause you MAGICALLY still have a lot of eyelash extensions even after smothering your face in a pillow when you go to bed ( a.ka. RENTENTION) although they constantly remind you not to! 5. People ask you if they're real ( or they ask you where you get your eyelashes done all the time) This is why I keep coming back and seek nowhere else.
