Tons of machines, very clean, restrooms. My only complains are that I got a machine that someone had left a TON of dog hair in, but that's the luck of the draw. Also, they don't have paper towels anywhere I could find, so when I dripped some detergent in the floor I had to clean it up with toilet paper. This place is fairly new. The owner said open about 6 mos. It's very clean, well kept and there's an attendant on duty from 9am-9pm. When we came in she was cleaning the washers and dryers which is definitely a good sign. They offer a rewards card to add money into to use on your machine and also you can use your debit card or quarters. The washers are good size and the dryers are large too and dry quick. They also offer and switch over service for your laundry. We didn't use it, but it's good to know it's available. We will definitely come back! It's 100 times cleaner than our own apartment complex laundry room. read more

This place is fairly priced and offered credit card swipe machines on both washers and dryers. There are small/medium/ large machines to choose from and I swear I could fit an entire king size comforter in the washer I used if I wanted to. There was even a machine that was the bigger size up next to mine! I was so impressed. I put my fleece queen fitted sheet, flat sheet, two pillow cases, fluffy blanket, swim suit, and full basket of clothes in ONE large (not the largest) washer WITH ROOM LEFT. It all got tossed around easily and washed clean. Then it all fit in the medium dryer or .25 per 6 mins and only took 18 minutes to dry everything. The directions on each machine also made it super easy for me since I had never been to this place before. Very clean, they offer switch over service, service to pay for soap if needed, carts to roll laundry around in, folding tables, and a sink to pre wash stains. So much space and so nice!! I will definitely be coming back. read more

Super clean, friendly helpful on-site staff, awesome state of art machines (some huge machines where you can load endless laundry and be done at once!), reasonable price, clean bathroom, vending machine, free coffee, nice tv, lots of chairs, free wifi(wasnt working very well), and huge inviting environment! Plus, Tim horten coffeshop and Jreck sub, Stewart's gas station right next door you can put gas or grab a bite while waiting for your laundry! Came here for my blankets and very impressed! Just what I was looking for. Very clean, bright, place well organized, newer washers and dryers. Staff is real friendly and helpful. We were visiting family on base and 3 of 4 kids decided to put on a literal sh!t show over all the bedding in the house. Great place. Clean, new equipment, attendant on duty from 9am to 9pm. When I came in she helped me with my laundry, selected washers based on my loads ( one for my scrubs, another for my *ahem* "unmentionables" .) Helped with the drying and folding for free. One of the few places in Watertown that have laundry machines that take credit card. For those of you who don't carry cash and know the hassle of trying to get coins just do laundry, this place alleviates that headache. The pricing isn't bad, the facility is very clean, staff are friendly, and more than enough parking space. The best part about this place is the flexibility with laundry. With a small price, you can have the staff finish your laundry for you after you dropped it into the washer or you can just drop it off and the staff will wash, dry, and fold your laundry. The pricing is a minimum of $15 and increases with weight of the load. If your load is under 15lbs, it will be $15. This option is really amazing and I've been using it for few weeks now. It really is a time saver and you just get a text or call at the end of the day to come pick it up. This facility is also open till 11pm which makes pick up super flexible! I liked not having to bring coins as the machines are equipped with credit card readers.
