You have to buy a card with set amounts and it's more than you need. When you no longer need their services they keep your balance.

We visited 4/7/24 and the manager to our great surprise Sunday evening was so rude. She had an obvious attitude for some reason whenever we ask questions they were answered with attitude and distain. It had been almost 15 to 20 years since we had to visit Al laundromat because our front loader needed to be removed and replaced and we weren't able to do so until a few days later we were forced to go to the laundromat . I am so sorry for anyone who has to do it weekly, but most especially to deal with rude attitude field employees like this Shameful !! read more

Decent prices, but what kind of laundromat doesn't have a place for people to sit? They don't want folks sitting on the folding tables, yet there isn't a single chair providing in this place. That is so stupid. No one wants to stand for how one it takes to do laundry. Especially little kids or elderly customers. This needs to be addressed read more

My first visit to a laundry facility in many years. This place was so clean. The washers were very large. I loved this place as much as one can love going to a laundry facility. The attendees were attentive, the bathrooms clean, very spacious and though it was quite busy no one was tripping over each other. Last but not least it's Thursday and drying was free. . This place had me fanboying over it on my very first visit. The joint gives new meaning to the word CLEAN! Fantastic variety of machines sizes with multiple payments options. The washing machines don't play around. When the wash is done it is done! None of this slow rolling for five minutes at the end. And their dryers have the longest dry time of any other laundromat. The staff is simply amazing. Very helpful and crazy friendly. Not only do they ensure that your using the machine correctly but that you use just the right amount of soap. They genuinely want you to save money. The vending machine with have your washing needs but not in those little pouches but regular size containers so you don't have to keep feeding the kitty. This is a great place to wash your items. This is an extremely comfortable place with large screen TVs playing a variety of family-friendly programs. Even though I have a washer and dryer at home, I will come here to do my laundry. read more

Needs to put a sign on the door stating you have to be in the door by 8:30 to wash. There are about 5 signs that say OPEN but nothing stating last wash is at 8:30. We made it in the door about 2 steps and were approached by a gentleman that loudly repeated that we were too late and last wash is at 8:30. He was nice but his repeated and loud 8:30 comments were embarrassing and we won't be back - I felt like the whole place would hear him shouting at us. If there was a sign on the door, we wouldn't have even walked in. Take down all the OPEN signs and put up signs with hours of operation. I thought it was open 24-7 by the signs. read more

My wife and I visited here yesterday and WOW!!! It's no wonder this place is being talked about by all of my family and friends! Absolute best machines and overall facilities we have ever been to. The staff was incredibly helpful and seems to make themselves available to help all customers coming in there all day long. If you want a 5 star laundry experience come to this place!! read more

I visited the laundry spot today. I'm not usually one to go to the laundromat but I'm currently waiting on a new on new appliances to be delivered. This place was clean and quiet. The attendants were attentive and friendly explaining the different size washers they had. Would definitely go back! read more
