My clothes came out clean and fresh, with no damage. There were plenty of tables for folding and places to sit. The washing machines cost more than I'm used to, but the dryers cost a lot less, so it all evens out. Scott, the District Manager, was there and made sure all the customers had all the help they needed. He was friendly and outgoing. I highly recommend The Laundry Spot. I'll be coming back (but probably to the Lewis location)!

I called the owner this morning to suggest that attendants should patrol the aisles during busy times to ensure everything runs smoothly. The owner did not appreciate my feedback. That day will be the last time I go there when the owner allows such rudeness to occur without intervention. If that woman had lost her temper, it could have been dangerous for both of us as we tried to load our laundry against that unruly customer. Clearly, her behavior was unacceptable and could have led to a serious incident.

Unfortunately both times washers stopped in the middle of loads and I had to change washers and pay for it another washer. They do not hang 'out of order' signs on troublesome machines. When a load of laundry costs $6 to do that's not ok. I filled out the form for a refund (with all of my info) and I have still yet to receive one, it's been 3 weeks. The dryers are agonizingly slow and if you open the door to check on your clothes and do not close door quickly your time (that you paid for) resets and you have to pay again. They have a machine to change your bills into smaller bills and a machines to change your smaller bills into quarters. They also have beverage and snack vending machines that take bills or coins. Now for the important part... PRICES!! 20 lb washers are $3.00 30 lb washers are $4.00 40 lb washers are $5.00 50 lb washers are $5.75 60 lb washers are $7.00 80 lb washers are $9.00 30 lb dryers are 50 cents for 14 mins. 50 lb dryers are 75 cents for 15 mins. I used the 40 lb washers and the cycle took 26 mins. The 50 lb dryers took three 15 min cycles on low heat for my clothes, and two cycles on high heat for my towels. Some of my towels still weren't quite dry, so I threw those in the other dryer for the third cycle. You cannot add just 25 cents for an extra 5 mins. You have to add the full amount for another full dry cycle if you need to dry for longer. I'm only giving 4 stars, because I felt like I was being rushed out of the place. I got there at about 7pm, and the employee was already doing closing duties and getting the place clean. No big deal. However, as I was folding my last load of laundry, he turned out all of the lights, except the one above me, shut the blinds, and set the mop bucket right beside me. This made me uncomfortable being a single female in a mostly dark business. He also turned the fans off around 8pm, which made it miserably hot inside. I understand wanting to go home after work, but these things would have taken him 5 mins, max, once I was out the door. He just seemed so annoyed that I walked out at 9:04. Hope this helps!
