They fold and roll everything exactly how I need it. When I had a couple of hiccups, they didn't hesitate to help. They're genuinely lovely people. I highly recommend them--affordable and professional. The amount of time I save on linen for my neuromuscular and sports massage therapy business is an entire extra day of work--about two hours each day--which I can use for my business or myself. They've done such an outstanding job that other professionals on my floor have taken them on, too--so now they handle linen for everyone on my floor who needs it.
