We are so grateful and thankful for all of the wonderful teachers and staff at Bright Beginnings…read more This has been the best two years my son has had. This school is the most amazing, creative school with seriously the most caring, down to earth, dedicated, passionate, talented and kind teachers/staff that make it the best school/community there is for Early Learning and VPK in Ft. Myers...hands down! It's not "just a school", it's a unique community and you'll feel like you're part of a family. Everyone there-staff, teachers, and the parents are so kind and sweet, and everyone goes out of their way to make the school just keep getting better and updated by hosting fun events with the kids to raise money, or to have a charity event. Everyone helps each other out however they can. I feel so blessed My son got to go there and I am lucky enough to have seen him start at 3 years old and grow into the kind sweet boy he is today with the help of so many amazing woman there-it takes a village to raise a child. I never once worried about him, and that in and of itself says it all. Also to have been able to go to some of the most creative, beautiful and fun events I've ever been to! Kuddos to everyone at Bright Beginnings Early School and especially to the director of the school Samantha and also Mary for doing all the dirty work behind the scenes and making it look so easy... and for always having a smile on their face every morning and greeting the kids by name as they walk in to make them feel special You can see the love you have for the students and passion for the school. And let's not forget to mention, all of the wonderful teachers who show up every single day and not only teach our kids but go above and beyond! They've shown/taught our children compassion, kindness, what it means to be a good friend, how to behave/treat their classmates and adults , and most importantly about God and Jesus, and what it is to be a good human being in this crazy world...because that is one of the most important things to learn. I highly recommend sending your child or children to this school, as I promise you, you will be more than just satisfied and your child will absolutely love it there..they will learn so much, and in a creative way. There is always something fun going on whether it's the everyday stuff such as the playground, splash pad, play time while also learning things without even realizing it! And then there's always something such as special crafts, events for the parents to get to know each other, Dad's night out, Mom's night out, celebrations during holidays, concerts, charity events, etc. I could go on forever! You will also be amazed at how much they will learn, learn, because their level and expectations of teaching is very high and they do it in a fun way for the kids! But bottom line, if you're looking for an early school for your child this IS THE ONE!

HOWEVER, the front desk needs some SERIOUS REMODELING OF FACIAL EXPRESSION, TONE , and BODY LANGUAGE. Ms.Jessica SPECIFICALLY looks like she hates her job. whenever I ask a question it's like she see's a dear in headlights there's no positivity in her voice. She looks miserable. The Front Desk sets the tone for parents, it brings reassurance and a sense of comfort, when we are in-trusting your facility with the care of our children. I AM NOT REASSURED OR COMFORTABLE WITH THE TYPE OF GREETING I AM MET WITH ON THE DAILY BASIS. Ms.Jessica do better please and thanks. I know I am not the only parent that feels this way.

I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by how Growing Room handled a serious incident involving…read moremy son. My child choked on a piece of chicken while in their care, and I was never notified by the school. I only learned about it approximately a week later because a teacher's aide happened to mention it. A choking incident involving a child should never be hidden from a parent. Proper protocol was not followed, yet the teacher responsible is still being allowed to work there. What makes this even worse is the way my concerns have been handled. Instead of taking full accountability, I have felt dismissed, minimized, and gaslighted for asking reasonable questions about my son's safety. Parents trust childcare centers to protect their children and immediately communicate serious incidents. If a staff member breaks safety and reporting protocol, there should be real accountability--not excuses or attempts to make the parent feel as though they are overreacting. I am sharing this because other parents deserve to know how a serious safety incident was handled. My son could have been severely injured or worse, and I should not have had to find out by accident a week later.

Before sending my son to daycare I had so many fears being that I keep up with the news from around the world and the horror stories I hear that goes on at some daycares made me petrified. But being a full time working mom I had no choice but so send my defensive child into the care of people I really didn't know. But after sending my son here for a while, he started to smile immensely when we pull up to all superstars because he knows where we are! That's how I know my sons is safe here! One thing that really made me trust this place with my whole heart is when I went to pick up my son the other day and the teachers had the kids outside and when one of the workers went and picked up my son to hand him to me he just looked into her eyes with the biggest smile on his face and just rested his head on her shoulder. I saw that he felt safe. And that meant the world to me. This is a long review I know lol but if you're a mom who's terrified of sending there little one to daycare, I highly recommend this place when it comes to your child well being and happiness.
