Several days ago his sixteen-year-old daughter involved us in a car accident. By mistake she drove her car in the lane exiting to the highway instead of the one permitting to proceed straight. When she realized that, she abruptly, without a warning, moved to the right, and her car slammed into ours. She didn't try to stop. Instead she sped up, and we hardly caught up with her at the parking place. She jumped out of the car and apologized for what she had done, but refused to give us her insurance information until her father's arrival. When he came, he talked to his daughter and to us, checked our car damage, and then asked us not to involve police and his insurance company promissing to pay for our car repair. We were pleased by his gentlemanly behavior and agreed with the plan. The next day we sent him an estimate from a body shop. In responce he sent us an estimate of his daughter's car repair...???... refusing to pay for our car damage. Despite of all our efforts to discuss the accident in details again and remind him about his promises, he flatly denied his daughter's fault, leaving us to pay for her negligence. We were astonished by the crooked behavior of this man. If you consider to hire him-look further. It is dangerous to trust him with such a valuable asset as your house. It is obvious that he doesn't posses even a trace of dignity and will not have your interests at heart, but will use you for his own.
