The wooden crossback chairs I rented were the most affordable in the market and they arrived in great condition. Since the tables were set up when they were delivering, they were kind enough to set up the chairs. I love love love this company and will recommend them to anyone I know. Not only are the chairs reasonably priced but the labor is included to set-up and tear-down. My husband and I ordered our tables, linens, and chivari chairs from them for our wedding. When we first met with them, they were very nice and it was all very easy, however that is not how things ended up. Our linens were the wrong size for the tables we ordered. I ordered shantung linens to go with tables that sat 8 people. The linens were waaaayyy to long. My wedding planner had to try and fold them under the table so the guests wouldn't trip over them. The linens for the cake table and the sweetheart table were short and the linens for our 8ft banquet tables were curved around the edges and did not go to the ground. I thought they were linens for a round table. I worked in hospitality for over 6 years so I understand mistakes happen, however when we called at 1pm, 5 hours before our wedding, to try and get the correct sized linens and have the mistake fixed, no one from the Linen Shoppe was to be found. I called numerous times, I even sent my Dad down to the shop, but no one would answer the door, even though the open time online states they are open until 5pm on Saturdays. My husband emailed them and they finally called him around 3:30, but still were unable to fix the problem, because they said they do not have linens that fit the tables I ordered... So, why did you give me these linens with these tables? This happened a month ago and I am still extremely disappointed with how this all turned out and with the terrible customer service. Monday I spoke with the supervisor on the phone, but she was unapologetic and just said she would refund us for our linens. If I cared about $210 I would not of spent $1,000 on table and linens. I just wanted my reception to look beautiful. But, instead it looked thrown together. Also, the chivari chairs are a good price, but if I knew what I know now, I would of spent the extra money and went to Party Expo. I was able to order a cake table cloth and sweetheart table cloth from them at the very last minute. They answered their phone and had it ready to go in 30 minutes. My maid of honor drove down there and picked them up for me. Back to the Chivari chairs. They looked very worn down, one even felt like it was going to break under my Uncle, he had to switch chairs with my maid of honor, and even she who is a 120 lbs felt like it was going to break too. When I mentioned this to the supervisor, she said, that's why we gave you two extra chairs. So, you know your chairs are breaking from underneath your customers, but just don't care. From my experience, this business will not be around for long unless they change the way they do things. read more
