Gustavo not only showed us around the busy store (Saturday, July 4th) but directed us to a couple of other tequilas, which we happily bought. They said I should have used same day shipping. During this very hot season, they should have mandate this. I would have gladly paid the difference. They refused a refund and I am out $200. Their fault regardless of some unclear rules on shipping. NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM HERE. THEY HAVE CULPABILITY AND THE CUSTOMER SHOULD BE VAIUED.
