Terrible service, subpar medical help, and 20+ minute waits. I wish I'd gone literally anywhere else.

I had stomach pain in the middle of the night. Got on The Little Clinic app at 2 AM, made an appointment for the next morning at 10:00 AM. The doctor checked out the issue, determined that it was most likely an appendicitis and I should go to the hospital for a scan. With the heightened alert of Coronavirus at hospitals, the doctor called Norton Brownsboro for me to see what I could get seen, then got me all set up. When I got to the hospital, they knew I was coming. They got me in, determined it was an appendicitis and had my appendix removed at 1:00 PM. Really incredible! I have been to the little clinic on several occasions. I also take my daughter there. My husband has been several times as well. While the family has a primary care doctor, it can be difficult to see him for routine illnesses. In those cases, we rely on this little clinic. The service is excellent. I rarely wait more than a few minutes. The receptionist and nurses make me feel like my care is their priority. Kelly cares for us frequently. Kelly is so wonderful. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. In fact, it is because of her care that I sought out an ENT surgeon and proceeded to have a nasal surgery that has reduced my incidence of chronic sinus infections. She called the doctor directly from the clinic and got me in to see the specialist right away. She stated that she didn't believe it was healthy for me to continue getting antibiotics every few months and I should seek out expert advice. Well, I did and I couldn't feel better! I have also seen Marybeth. She is very sweet and caring. Her bedside manner is outstanding, like Kelly's. She was quick to assess and diagnose. Today I had a follow up with my ENT surgeon and it occurred to me that I hadn't thanked your staff for their excellent care. So, thank you! What a blessing it is to have your little clinic. Love this Little Clinic! It is my go-to for when I don't feel so hot and need to be seen ASAP! All the staff members are very kind and helpful. Especially the Nurse Practitioners- they have all been very friendly and you get the sense that they actually care about you. They are very knowledgable and they always try to educate you about why they do what they do. For example, they take time to explain the difference between a viral infection and a bacterial infection and how antibiotics won't work for a viral infection. Many people don't know this and, as a nurse myself, I know the importance of patient education, so I think this is great! I definitely recommend this Little Clinic! read more

Brought my daughter in with a severe sore throat. There was a tall Nurse Practitioner lady there who did the examination. She was very professional and thorough explaining what she was doing at every step. She did a rapid strep test and when that was negative she explained that there was a viral cough/sore throat bug which was making the rounds in this area. The symptoms were just as she described. She was very kind to my daughter and even did a little spirit animal quiz with her which delighted her and made her smile. The NP gave us a prescription for a numbing throat rinse which would help with the pain and advised on over the counter pain relief syrups which would help with the fever. This was our first experience with the Little Clinic in Prospect. I was very impressed with the level of care, the knowledge of the NP, and her charming bedside manner. The speed of service was really fast. We didn't have to wait at all. We will definitely be coming back. read more

Not impressed. Nurse spent 30 minutes talking on the phone with three people waiting to be seen. Take your calls when no one is there. Duh.

I always head up to The Little Clinic when I am feeling a little under the weather. I love that I can walk-in (tip: call ahead to see how many people are there at that time- just in case) and I usually do not have to wait too long to be seen. The NP there really knows her stuff, and if needed, she can refer you to other local doctors to get further treatment. I really like how accessible it is to me and my family and the care given is outstanding! Would definitely recommend to others in the area. read more

Wow! I'm amazed of all these sudden glowing reviews! My daughter wrote a heartfelt review for me a few days ago,which was removed, so here is MY experience with this Clinic. They treated me horribly! I sought treatment for a sinus infection and left in tears! The nurse was verbally abusive about my medical history and lacked basic sympathy for my illness! Being as I had lost my voice from my infection all I could do was sit and wait for it to end! I left as soon as possible and can think of no excuse for this behavior. We will definitely not be returning or recommending this clinic to others! My best wishes for others seeking medical help. I hope no one ever experiences what I did! read more

Couldn't believe how rude, unhelpful, and bitterly-angry the nurse was at this facility. Seemed like she didn't like her job or had the care of people required to be a health practitioner. Nurse Kelly was by far the worst health care provider I've ever dealt with and the the staff here was just as bad. No smiles and would rather stare at her computer than provide information to a patient. If you need care go to any of the other Little clinics where you'll find health care with a heart! read more
