This caused a need for surgery and unnecessary pain from being on air, breathing from one lung. Half of the nurses I had were either incompetent, non empathetic, narcissistic, or just plain evil. There were some really good ones, but you never kept the same nurse more than twice so you couldn't get a repertoire with them. Will never go back after my check ups are done. Cannot recommend anyone else go out of choice either.

During both visits, she spent less than 5 minutes with me. On the first visit she quickly recommended a septoplasty. Six months later my symptoms had significantly worsened, and on the second visit she immediately recommended nasal valve repair. I proceeded with surgery based on her recommendations. Since then I have required two additional surgeries with other surgeons (four total procedures) and have endured years of ongoing suffering and complications. Dr. Kansal did not order any imaging prior to my first or second recommended procedures. In my understanding, the standard of care for patients with my symptoms requires appropriate imaging before surgery. This experience has cost me years of my life and significant hardship. Dr. Kansal's rushed approach and lack of thorough evaluation caused me considerable harm. If you are looking for a competent ENT who takes time to properly evaluate your condition and has good bedside manner, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

If I had known this I could have selected another provider in the general area. I had a 10 minute exam strictly to refill my current BP prescription. The Dr was nice and I have no issue with her. There was no lab work. I received a bill with a Hospital charge of $267.00 and a Professional visit charge of $147.00. This is extreme gouging of charges. How can they be allowed to do this ? When calling billing department to inquire, I was spoken to rudely. I will now file a formal complaint. I want to make unsuspecting future patients aware of this.

We were unable to get sick appointments and no one in the pediatric office answers the phone. You have to leave a message. It normally took 2-3 hours for a call back and there were times we never received a return phone call. Dr Miller does not have time to address issues during a well check appointment. She is the only pediatrician and can't provide adequate care to patients.

That said, Dr. Patel is wonderful. He took his time to explain what might be going on in layman's terms, and I appreciated his thorough, unhurried demeanor. She disregarded a lot of the things I was telling her, only made eye contact when she was telling me to go to my PCP, (like why did you come here) Walking in UC, with clear symptoms of dehydration, left out with a prescription for nausea 20 mins before the pharmacy closed. So not only did I just waste my time, I have to go another night with, body spasms, rolling veins (which I attempted to show Veronica, and she did not even look), hyperventilating while puking, tears in my esophagus elevated heart rate. And again not DRINKING ANY WATER. For 3 days. I've been puking my stomach lining up for 3 days!!!! Im clearly dehydrated, you can see it in my lips they are sticking together from LACK OF ELECTROLYTES! One of my after care instructions is to stay hydrated. When I CANT KEEP ANY THING DOWN. Now excuse me if urgent care doesn't treat dehydration, but Veronica did not even acknowledge my concerns of dehydration. Very poor bedside manners, it was a horrible experience for me. On another note, ladies in the front office were super sweet and nice. Answered all my questions and did not make me feel stupid. One of the ladies and I had a great conversation. I usually don't leave review let alone negative ones. But when Im already dealing with a health issues it's very disappointing to get frustrated with the lack of service you receive when trying to take care of yourself.
