I really wanted to love this place. I have 3 kids I wanted to enroll in gymnastics here, but after…read moregoing to open gym, I am going to look elsewhere. Here were the problems: 1. $10 for an hour of play is pretty steep. It should be $10 for 1 1/2 or 2 hours. But then they made the kids stop playing and put their shoes on when there was still 5 minutes left to play. This was especially frustrating because the price is already pretty high. 2. They divided the kids up into a baby room and a kid room, and the rooms are completely separate. This made it unnecessarily difficult for those of us with a kid in each age group and limited my ability to interact with my kids in this space. When I asked if I my 3 year old could stay in the kid room if I was there I was no a very stern NO. 3. They kept telling the little kids they could only jump on the trampolines going one direction. Which would make sense if there were other kids waiting to use the equipment or it was a structured play time. But that wasn't the case, and the unhelpful and bossy employees were annoying. 4. My younger child kept falling on the trampoline and when I got on the trampoline to help him and show him how to bounce I was told I wasn't allowed on any of the equipment. So I wasn't allowed to help my child have a safe and enjoyable experience. It was frustrating. 5. My older child came to me at the end frustrated that the employees wouldn't help the kids use the equipment in the larger kid area and that the employees were really bossy. I wasn't in the big section, so I didn't see this first hand, but it was consistent with what I saw in the little kid section. We won't be going back.

They lost a star for closing over Spring Break, which is exactly when my daughter needed her class to get out of the house. Also, they do birthday parties, but they don't have enough slots for demand. My daughter requested her bday party here and even though I called 3 weeks ahead of time, they didn't have any openings that weekend (the weekend after Spring Break was over). Bummer.

I am bringing my google review here because parents need to be aware!!…read more I attended a gymnastics competition as a paying spectator. My review reflects my personal experience during the session I attended. Seating inside the main competition space was extremely limited; yet tickets continued to be sold. Many attendees, including myself, had difficulty finding seating in the actual competition space. In the picture posted that was the only display of the score in the gym. Which as you can see it was difficult to see. So while the facility may meet industry standards, the experience was not enjoyable from my perspective. After posting my review, I was not contacted directly by the facility to better understand my concerns. The owner responded to my original review and said "We have no record of having met or interacted with this individual", however he (who I now know as Todd) was able to "track" me down. I was contacted via phone one day after my review was posted. Somehow Todd found out exactly who I was, contacted the gym I was at the competition supporting. And in turn the owner of that gym contacted the parent of the child I was supporting and asked could I take the review down. After I ignored that initial 3rd party message, I was contacted again asking to remove the review because the family of the little girl pictured in my reference photo is upset. Out of respect for the family I came to remove the photo and update the public on how Todd handles conflict/differences of opinions at his establishment. I found that approach to be unprofessional. Is this really an establishment you'd trust with your children if this is how they (he, Todd) handle conflict... If there were concerns about my feedback or the photo I initially included, direct communication would have been appropriate and welcomed. **original review** Visited here for the a gymnastics competition, the service was awful and they are money hungry . For starters this gym decided to host a competition knowing that their gym is small. They sold me and was still selling tickets to customers knowing there was no where else to sit in the actual gym. Then they only had one projector showing scores that you couldn't even see. Terrible! I would never put my child in a program here and I would never come back here

Kim and Todd were so helpful too and made sure we had everything we need. Todd helped me load and unload my ice chest from my car too, just incredibly kind people and an amazing facility!

I'm not the "Cheer Mom" I cheered for recreational league and elementary and it wasnt my thing once I moved in it was always "the thing to do" brother plays football so you cheer is how we were raised. So I can assure you I wont be sitting watching but seeing the other parents so into it and critiquing their girls as they watched, I was like OMG let the girls have fun dont live your life through them if they are not on a competitive league let them enjoy cheer in high school care about academics... but no comment, now back to this great Gym. They are an award winning team as noted by all their trophies and banners, they accept cash for open Gym which they have open Gym on Friday and Saturday it's just $10 per session. They also offer tumble classes which I wish my kid would have signed up for instead of the 1:1 private lessons at another Gym, I think the classes would have been more beneficial and pushed her more but that ship has sailed it doesn't have to be the same for you so check out their website and see all the lessons offered in addition to their awesome award winning competitive teams. I love supporting small local businesses and I love it even more when they actually show how much they care and appreciate the support. Texas Rockstars has the right name the staff are Rockstars who are always nice to the parents and kids who visit their gym.
