I clearly needed Assistance and nobody came up and asked me if they could help me...... freaking weird. There was one car parked inside and four empty bays..... two cars in the parking lot. 4 employees ....... I told him I just needed an oil change it took all of my information and took my keys and then told me it would be an hour and a half half. Thanks but NOOOO. The couple ended up waiting while someone else stepped in. Then a different customer walked up with more items, and suddenly that same associate rushed to the register to help them instead. From my perspective, it felt like service depended on who looked like they were spending more. Everyone deserves the same attention, not selective effort.
