The color was not consistent and she rinsed my highlighted hair with dark hair that still had dye. Surprise surprise, the light hair was darkened. Laura denied doing this and has taken no responsibility for the mistake preferring to blame me for just being unhappy with my hair. No apology or even goodbye, Laura and her daughter hid in the backroom sending someone out to do the billing. I have spent hundreds of dollars and many hours attempting to correct her mistake. Apologizing for her error would have gone far. We all make mistakes, but to refuse to accept responsibility and leave me hanging is not professional. I will never go back to this salon and will advise all to do the same.

She sat with me to help me choose my color and advised me on what colors would look great mixed together. After picking out the perfect colors I honestly wasn't even nervous about the results, and I absolutely love how my hair came out! My appointment was super quick and efficient, and the results were amazing! The rest of the staff, including Gerard, were super nice and friendly and awesome to talk to!
