Wow, so impressed with this spot. [[HIGHLIGHT]]While incredibly busy (Line was out the door), it felt indicative of something worth experiencing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I got a drip coffee and an AMAZING rosemary sea salt bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was perfectly salty chewy and crispy. It was so good. I didn't know that Manitou had a spot like this, and I was so impressed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]While quirky and unique, you can tell this is a local favorite.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I would recommend getting a coffee and a breakfast bagel and walking down the street to the amazing coffee playground down the street. I can't wait to go back to The Loft!

Their green chili bagels are to die for! Love their speciality drinks--- among the most inventive I've had in the states. On weekends they sell out early so arrive early with an appetite. If you haven't been to Manitou springs, this is the most iconic bagel joint in town, easily worth the trek from Denver for the day trip.

Stopped by for a breakfast. Ordered pesto bagel . Wanted to try but in my opinion pesto just didn't go well with the rest of that sandwich. It was conflicting. Lemonade was excellent. Definitely homemade! Yum. Cappuccino was not to my liking, espresso was way too bitter . Tasted burnt . I couldn't drink it. Place is pretty overpriced imo. Service was good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Definitely a popular spot, around lunch it's packed with the Manitou high schoolers.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I can see why though, it's a pretty hearty and tasty sandwich. It's a bit pricey in my opinion but that's more towards the drinks. The coffee was extremely bitter too just not very good. Bagels were excellent. We stayed the night in this cute little town and before we visited Pikes Peak we stopped in at Loft. We had already had a drink so just opted for bagels and we got an assortment. They were so good and tasty and did not disappoint. The cool vibe of this coffee shop fit in with the area. The plants added a nice hippie touch and the array of seatung was just right. They offered coliring books and general books to browse or read for the children and adults. I would have loved to have stayed longer but we were onky here for a day. A must try if ever in the area.

Talked to a local who said Loft Espresso made their bagels fresh and glad we came in after our hike because it was delicious! The line was pretty much out the door with everyone enjoying drinks and food. Everyone working was kind and patient with plenty of good recommendations. The interior of the restaurant was unique and fun to explore. The food took a while due to how busy it was but I'm glad we got to enjoy the scene for a while. The food was worth the wait and they were already sold out of some of the flavors so come early if you can.

Loft espresso has a really fun ambience and the drinks are wonderful. I got a dirty chai and it was delicious. I subbed in oat milk for the milk and it was very balanced. I definitely could have hung out here longer although we got our coffee to go to walk around Manitou Springs. The weight wasn't too long for the drinks and overall a great experience.

Came here on a Sunday at 9 (1 hour after opening) they barely had any donuts out (despite the spreads they post on instagram) It took a very long time to get our order and the food was not good. Bagels had no flavor. I could not taste the extra cheddar cheese. This place was really disappointing, I had been following them for a while and made sure to go early to get pastries. Staff was very cold, maybe not having a good day that day. Super excited that Yelp recommended this Loft Espresso to me. The Loft Espresso is super cute and fun coffee place where you can grab your cold/ hot drinks, breakfast, lunch, and your snacks from 8-4 daily! I like everything about this Loft Espresso. The seating can be indoor or out door. There are many cool art display in the wall. The servers are friendly and nice. I highly recommend the breakfast burrito and sandwiches to go if you are up for the Cog train ride. This place made our breakfast/ lunch such an easy meal on the run. The coffee is also tasty. The pastries look delicious but I were not allowed to have sweet! You must try them as I bet they are yummy. read more

True Story! I lived in Brooklyn for 10 years and I had some of the best bagels I've ever had in my life until today. Someone offered me one this morning and it truly was the most amazing piece of bread I've ever had in my life loaded with cheese, jalapeños, and there was so much love and flavors in this bagel I found myself in some sort of strange and wonderful awe and THEN I found out they were from our very own Loft in Manitou Springs! All I can say is if you live around here you better get you some ( if you haven't already) and if you're not from here, I would call them and see about getting them freeze dried and shipped because they definitely put New York bagels to the test! Excellent Service, kind, helpful, attentive. The food was delicious, we had a breakfast burrito and the avocado toast. The whole reason you come to a good "coffee" place is for the coffee. The spicy chai was delicious and vanilla latte was made perfectly sweet but not too sweet. The music and decor make for a unique spot to eat great food and enjoy fun things to look at. This place was excellent and had very good drinks. They're a little pricy, but what I think is probably standard for fancy coffee house drinks. I had the cookies and cream cold brew and my brother had the hazelnut rose matcha latte. I liked his drink wayyyy better but both were very good! It's a cute little vibe and has limited seating area but good outdoor seating. I didn't get any food, but I'd def be back! read more

I happened to be craving coffee as I walked by this place while exploring Manitou, so I decided to pop in. From the outside, it definitely looks like a hole in the wall. The interior was much more spacious than I thought, and it was cozy. I love that it is dog friendly! I decided to get the Honey Nut Cheerio Latte. It was good, but I would not describe the taste as Honey Nut Cheerio. Although I did not get any pastries, the danish looked super appealing and I had to resist the urge to give in to my sweet tooth. They also make fresh bagels here so I'll definitely have to be back to try that! read more

Love love love! Their freshly made bagels are DELICIOUS! So thick and the quality of ingredients is evident. Loved the rosemary bagel! I love the fun specialty drinks, but the coffee itself could use some more artistry. The atmosphere is one of my favorites in the Springs area because of the cozy wooden details mixed with the super fun colorful art and plants everywhere! Such a great stop! I met my friend here on a cold morning. The made in house bagels were excellent. My friend is a chef and self-proclaimed foodie and she was quite impressed with her bagel sandwich with sausage and green chiles. The atmosphere it genuine Manitou. Don't miss the decor of miniatures. The staff were welcoming, attentive, very accommodating. Bring only good vibes into this comfy cafe. read more

Great coffee, perfect bagels with variety of options. The menu also includes breakfast burritos, etc. We came back here twice while staying in town, and thoroughly enjoyed both meals. The place gets busy during pick times with tourists and locals alike. Staff is friendly and welcoming. You place an order at the counter and find your seat either indoor or outdoor. What a cute coffee shop in there heart of historic Manitou Springs! I'm so happy I checked for cafés on Yelp, otherwise I don't think I would have stumbled upon this place. The barista was a lovely person, and it's really interesting that you can pay what you think is worth it (they have suggested prices though). I ordered a Chai Latte and it was one of the tastiest ones I've ever had. The interior is also very cozy and there's definitely tables in case you want to sit down and enjoy your drink. I appreciate that they have artwork by local artists on display. Highly recommend! read more

Tried this place for the first time. Good coffee, mediocre food. I had the OG (eggs, cheese and sausage on a croissant). The sandwich was lacking in flavor, lackluster croissant, bland sausage. A bottle of hot sauce might have helped. The noise level from the employees was the negative icing on the cake. Loud talking and laughing to the point where I ended up going outside to sit at a sidewalk table. I know it wasn't just me, as I heard a patron at the next table asking her daughter if she was sure she wanted to go back inside because of all the "hubbub." I live in MS and may give the Loft another try, but am leaning towards patronizing the competition. read more

This place has the best bagels I've EVER had in my life. No other bagel can compare. In fact, everything I've had here has be delicious. Love the logo and the small hang out space to enjoy a cup of coffee and local donuts to try. Puzzles and coloring books were a nice touch. This is your place, If you are just there to get a drink and go and don't care about friendly service. I felt bad for the sad gal behind the counter. We did enjoy our drinks but don't plan to return. What a fantastic experience! We were looking for a lunch place in Manitou Springs and just happened upon this cafe. The atmosphere and ambiance was so welcoming and chill. I got a chipotle club, which was fantastic, and paired nicely with the on tap strawberry guava kombucha. The staff was very friendly as well! What a lovely place! This is a cash only establishment but also donation/suggested pricing. I love how the staff are knowledgeable about the drinks they serve and then give you ideas in case they have run out of something. I was interested in trying the lavender white mocha, but they had just run out. Instead of being sad for long it was suggested I try the rose white mocha. Ah-mazing! This is such a warm and welcoming place and I love how they have that sign out front letting you know you can donate your food there too. read more

Before you come, be sure that you have cash on you, as thats all they accept. They had my favorite flavoring available for my latte, lavender. Chill vibes in the cafe. It's a little tucked away, so if you aren't familiar with the area it might be good to use google maps to show the way. read more

This place is amazing! I am a Manitou local and this place has only been around a few years. The food is really tasty. I had the avocado toast and the BLT on a separate occasion, both amazing. The owners and the staff really care and always ask if we enjoyed everything. If you're a tourist definitely stop here for coffee and breakfast or for lunch. If you're a local and haven't given them a try, you should! read more

They had lots of tea party hats to dress up. So fun! I'm taking a star off because of The Queen's Parlour's PRICING and the design of their service routine. There is a $10 per person difference between the Light Victorian Tea ($35 pp) and High Tea ($45 pp). For an extra $10 pp, you basically get a fruit cup and a second pot of tea (different flavor). The service was impersonal with being served in sequence, so you hear the same spiel table after table introducing each course. It felt very factory-like. There was only one server for the majority of our visit, and she definitely did her best with how the tea service is done here. Again, the food was very good and flavorful. I would return again if a visiting friend or family member wanted to experience the tea room here. I would just opt for the Light Victorian Tea. There we're 8 of us from 4 to 57 years old. Everyone was more than happy with the quality and freshness of the food items we ordered. They don't shy away from flavor! From the donuts to the breakfast burrito, everything was spot on. We returned the next morning for a repeat! Breakfasts burrito, bagel sandwiches and breakfast bowls! all were made with great flavor and fresh veggie. The cinnamon rolls were rolled to perfection, no large clumps of dough, no bite without cream cheese icing, blueberries and the hint of lemon. The staff treats you like you are the most special person they met today. The prices are below what you would expect to pay for the quality you get. Amazing, charming, colorful and comfortable coffee house in the Springs Spa Building. Located right next door to the Arcade, so when your kids are having fun, drop in a get a coffee. Superior service, excellent and consistently amazing and creative menu for breakfast or lunch. Patrick and his staff will greet you with a smile and listen to your every need to make sure you are completely satisfied with whatever you order. I know its a coffee place, but the good stuff is the food. It's so remarkably delicious. I recommend the jalapeño bacon grilled cheese. The jalapeños are pickled so its only slightly spicy. The cheese is provolone, which I dont like usually, but somehow it was the best grilled cheese I've ever eaten. Go here. read more
