Erica worked with us to do two designs and was okay with a small batch of 12. She was a whiz on her design program. One type for the birthday girl and one for 11 of us that was slightly different. We were able to get Custom Colors brand for the men and v-neck tee shirt lady cuts for the women. The pricing was phenomenal and the shirts came out great. We're working again with Erica for more customized tees for another upcoming cruise. I highly recommend non-business people to look into these create your own tee shirts before going to Amazon for boring basics. And I recommend businesses to use this company for their logo/branded shirts and tees.

I went to this UPS store to send a package to a family member to be picked up at another UPS store…read morein PA. What I sent weighed at 6lbs, however, per "dimensional weight" I was charged at 24lbs, which is 4x the weight. Per the store owner, the dimensions of the box also goes into account of what is being sent, which doesn't make any sense because my partner sent something with larger dimensions on his box and the item weigh more than what I've sent, and he was not charged nearly as much as I was. Either way, her response was "nice nasty". I asked would it have been cheaper to have the store package it rather than us package it, in which she responded that it would have been. I said well I wish I knew that rather than being charged four times per dimensional weight. She responds "well we couldn't help with that because it's not like we know what's in the box," but you would know what was in the box if you asked me specifically what was in there in order to inform me that there's an extra charge to insurance the item that has a value past $100 should be lost or stolen, and that I was asked by the store rep what was in the box specifically as it is on my receipt. I just believe that if something was weighed at 6 pounds and the computer is giving a dimensional weight four times the weight of what's in the package that that would have been something that would've been brought up. So now, before insurance, I'm being charged $63 to ship a 6lb item. I advise if you are going to get an item shipped from this store: That you may look into them actually packaging it so you're not charged four times more than the actual weight due to "dimensional weight" That you look into pricing when it comes to sending something store to store because apparently you're supposed to know that "each store is different and you should not randomly send things without looking into it" per the store owner(as I said "nice nasty").
