My issue is with the front office. I have 6 year old triplets. Anytime, I have had to cancel appointments due to sickness, including Covid. I was apparently breaking an attendance policy, even though I would have my son do teletherapy, when it was possible. All of my absences were excused. Or 24 hour wait notice was given. I feel like there is no flexibility if you have scheduled changes to the set appointment time. We were given notice the afternoon before my son's next appointment that we could no longer come to the center because we broke the attendance policy.

She was ran into a wall by a nurse (complete accident) and her leg hit the wall and long story short, they broke her leg in a different location. They did not inform anyone of what happened and still have not. We wouldn't have known if my grandma hadn't said anything. No one is taking accountability and trying to place blame everywhere else. Very disappointing. The facility and staff seem very kind and considerate however every time I have gone in. The facility is clean. I really wish this accident didn't happen otherwise I'd have a much different review.

I did…read morenot have a good experience at Wright Physical Therapy and ended up switching to a different place in the area and am much happier. Their bottom line seems to be making money and getting as many patients in the door as possible. The physical therapists must be over worked there as they were servicing several other patients during my scheduled time (3-4 others). My PT barely had time to even check if I was doing things correctly (I found out later that I wasn't). There was some questionable behavior by the staff with regards to patient privacy. They were discussing other patient conditions in front of me in just one big open room which you'd think they would need to keep to themselves per HIPPA ethics requirements. I also personally thought it was unprofessional for the therapist to repeatedly boast to me and others about his recent promotion (and he was chomping on a croissant during my care!) I would also carefully check your bills. I was overcharged for units of service that were not provided, but documented as done on my bill. The PT didn't review my file before our meet and greet, even though it was forwarded by my St. Luke's doctor in advance. I have explained this experience to my primary care doctor, and he referred me a different place where I am now receiving quality personal care. I was told by their billing system that now I owe even more than the full, overcharged balance that was originally due. I've alerted my insurance company to to help sort this out. This is serious since it involves people who are hurting and need good care; I've never left a poor review before. Check out the small non-chain places in the area and you will have a better experience. I promise PT can be better than what is provided at Wright Physical Therapy.

When my grandmother came down with pneumonia and was required to breathe via a large amount of oxygen, she was unable to immediately go home from the hospital. She required a rehabilitation center to help strengthen her lungs and reduce her oxygen tank needs. I have never seen her like this! She gets up, does her exercises, is cheered on by the nurses and is genuinely enjoying making new friends at Life Care-- I don't think the ice cream parlor hurts either!
