Place is alright. Nothing great but not disgusting. Some of the buildings are different shapes than…read moreothers. Since I've lived in the apartments starting in 01/01/2024 to current. There have been multiple shootings. Car break ins, just few months ago my neighbor got his motorcycle stolen right from his parking space. Achilles the manager is great, super nice and friendly and willing to help any way he can. Andrew the front office guy is such a nice guy. Always responsive. Maintenance team is great, and friendly fast working. I cannot seem to understand how and why this management company thinks that even with the shootings, break ins, auto theft, hot tubs always closed, none of their grills working, seem to think they can hike up the rent constantly. 80% of the residents are military and live on a fixed income. Increasing rent by over $100, and requiring you to have personal liability insurance coverage or you'll get a monthly fee until you do? The people that keep the place running make it the pleasant experience it has been. I'm starting to get a bad taste about the direction Mission Rock is trying to take the complex.

Mountain View is absolutely awful. Me and my husband have lived in the apartments for about 4…read moremonths now, and have had a horrible experience thus far. We've put in about 1 maintenance request a week, and although the maintenance team is very kind, barely anything has actually been fixed. The disposal shoots dirty food water about 6 inches in the air when used, the draw string for the ceiling fan in the bedroom doesn't work, and there's been a consistent leak underneath the kitchen sink causing mold to grow on the wood. But that's not even the worst of it. About a month and a half ago, our A/C started dripping water from the ceiling in the bathroom. So we put in a maintenance request and the maintenance team put a bucket underneath the drip and said they would come back in a few days to check on it. However, they did not, and I had to put in another maintenance request. So a week goes by and they come to check on it again and say it's nothing. Still dripping though, so the solution is a bucket in our bathroom. I put in 2 MORE maintenance requests after this and they finally actually inspect the issue and came to the conclusion that we need an entire new unit put in. If they would've inspected it the first time, it would've saved us almost a month of the ceiling being wide open and a bucket catching dripping water from it. A week later, while me and my husband are on a quick weekend vacation, they replaced the A/C and we returned home to our bathroom completely destroyed. Our belongings were thrown on the counter, our shower caddy broken, insolent was splashed on the floor (which they tried covering with all our bathroom rug and also ruined), door, shower curtains, and bathtub. And to top it all off, the A/C wasn't even working for a week after the fact!!! In the middle of summer!! Luckily the A/C company was very kind and replaced all of our belongings free of charge within a week of the accident. But, I can't say the same for Mountain View. It took them another 3 weeks to fix the huge hole left in the ceiling from the replacement, replace the wood in our bathroom, and to paint over the door. All while still paying the full amount of rent and exceedingly high electric bills ($100 and $142 over a 2 month span). We met with the general manager to see about getting some compensation for the inconvenience and maybe a deduction on our electricity bills. The manager emailed us and informed us we would NOT be getting any compensation nor would be have anything deducted from our electricity bill. Their reasoning was "that's the risk that comes with renting" and "it could happen to anyone". So our A/C was broken for a total of 4 weeks, one of those the A/C wasn't even working and it took them another 3 weeks to fix the damage that was done to the apartment. Almost 2 full months of this mess and absolutely no compensation or anything. Barely any communication either! If I wouldn't have reached out, I don't even think they would've bothered to fix it at all. Absolutely awful. Me and my husband are so disappointed. It would've been different if they worked in a timely manner and cared about their residents, but no. I find it ridiculous we have paid full amount in rent and even more than we should be paying for electricity with all of the issues we've had. Everything is finally fixed now, but the quality of the apartments themselves are just awful. Do not move here.

I thoroughly enjoyed the time that I spent living at The Signature at Promontory Pointe. I first…read morespoke with Ashley over the phone and explained to her that I was looking for a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. Unfortunately, there weren't any available at the time I wanted to move in at The Signature, but she took it upon herself to look up multiple other apartment buildings in the area to see if she could find a suitable match for me. I was pretty set on living somewhere near Old Colorado City, so I decided to check out what was available at The Signature despite the fact I would need to settle for a larger and therefore more expensive apartment. Ashley showed me a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment on the third and top floor. The floor plan had an excellent utilization of space, it was very clean and the appliances were all of high quality. I was instantly sold. The Signature is located on the top of a hill and offers spectacular views from every angle. From my massive living room window and both bedrooms, I had a beautiful view of downtown Colorado Springs and Cheyenne Mountain. The grounds at The Signature are very pretty and well-maintained. There is a path that surrounds the entire property with stunning views of downtown Colorado Springs and the Front Range to include Pikes Peak! I've got to imagine, this property offers some of the best views from a residential area that Colorado Springs has to offer. The staff is what really completed my experience here. Ashley is extremely personable and professional and always made any issue I was having her priority. Alyssa is also exceptionally friendly and helpful. Mike, the head maintainer, is one of the most charismatic and diligent people I have ever met. The day I turned in my initial apartment inspection sheet, Mike followed me to my apartment and immediately fixed everything that I had found faulty. Everyone, to include all of my neighbors, and other staff were also very kind and courteous. I can genuinely say after living in many different apartments over the years, this one will go down as my favorite.
