PLEASE SHARE SO NO ONE ELSE GETS SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY…read more DO NOT GIVE Bombshell Waxing Mandeville ANY OF YOUR MONEY. back in 2018, I decided to get a 1 year membership ($35/month) with this company because the deal seemed too good to be true. it was. after going a few times, it was very clear that they did not care about the satisfaction of the customer and simply wanted to get you in and out as fast as possible. the lack of privacy between the rooms in the space is also slightly uncomfortable, considering you can hear everyone's conversations around you. i decided to stop going, and assumed that after the 1 year mark (since it was a 1 year membership), being December 2019, they would no longer be taking money from my account monthly. BOY WAS I WRONG. mind you, there was NOTHING in the contract about automatic renewal of membership. i got this confirmed by two different lawyers. These awful people have been taking $35-55 from my bank account for 17 MONTHS illegally. I've sent a letter to officially cancel my membership and requested a refund for the months I did not sign up for, and have heard nothing back in almost a month. These people are greedy and DO NOT care about their customers. Please think twice before giving them your money, even if it's not through a membership. Side note: if you need a good waxing, go see Lisa at Oasis Spa because SHE knows what she's doing and is much more professional. I cannot rave about her enough.

I've filed disputes with my bank, I've tried calling, and you're directed to their website where you have to make an appointment AND PAY to talk to someone. I've put in requests for cancellations since November of 2021 and they're still charging my account. If Jillian were at any other salon, I'd go. Please do yourself a favor and don't sign up for anything annually. You'll be pulling your hair out.

Dominique helped us.. everything was rushed... she never asked if we had any questions about anything . Never asked if it was our first time.... she never asked WHAT PACKAGE WE WANTED. (The MAIN reason we came). It was only hot for like 5 minutes which means she pre made it.. well before we got there and I know this because of how pleasant my first experience was. Disappareared for 20 minutes. Warmed it back up again... then it was time to leave. Since I work in customer service.. I know this was not acceptable. I had a great experience.. recommended y'all to my dear sister and she wasn't pleased! That's CRAZY.
