At no point did the mail center "pinch pennies" on me, rather they genuinely attempted to best service me in the most efficient and cost effective way possible. In a time where modern industries are trending towards automation, it was very reassuring to enter a place with a high level of customer service (especially when I know nothing about what I really want/need). The store is super cute and the workers are so nice. I haven't tried any printing services so I'm not sure about those. I went in for the second time to find out they started charging $1 per USPS package dropped off because they "don't make money off of USPS". Kind of disappointing when I bring in 10 other UPS packages. I personally think that fee will defer people from coming and bringing other packages that they will be making money on.

There is no diversity in the dispatch team nor in the back office. So if you have a slave mentality and do what you are told then you will work just fine for First Choice. You will also average about 1 trip a week unless you want to rip and run locally for pennies on a dollar. There were 2 deathly incidents that occurred while on a route for them and when it had been brought to their attention the disposition was avoidant and had no concern what so ever. Hence not the type of culture that will evolve in order to improve! Also their turnover rate is extremely high.

When Elite was run by the previous owner, my dad was the owner of pit stop towing and because my…read moredad really liked the owner he told me as the secretary/ dispatcher to use Elite for our back up calls. We always referred them for jobs we couldn't get to and certainly for all heavy duty. We only had medium duty trucks. My dad died and pit stop closed. So as a family if we ever need something towed or hauled we use Elite. My son's truck was towed to Elite and I am very curious as to what's gonna happen when he wants to get his truck. My other son works for LCPD and deals with broke down cars and towing cars all the time.
