There was one younger front desk team member who could improve on communication, but the rest of the team stepped in to make sure everything stayed on track and that I was well taken care of. I also really appreciated that they worked with me on the cost. My issue wasn't covered under the Cub Cadet warranty, but they still gave me a fair deal on the service, which went a long way. It is now third week of August, 7 weeks later, and we've visited the store three times to find out the status. Each time we're told that they'll call us when it's ready and made to feel foolish for inquiring. Last time, 3 weeks ago, we were told it'll be there the next day. Custom furniture is a joke. No follow through or communication. Edit down the street has a person to suggest instead. Check with them.
