This is the only mall in this small town. They dont have any major department stores besides JC Penny and Belk. They dont have a Footlocker, Buckle, Charlotte Russe, Victoria Secret but other than that it's nothing to rave about. read more

Mall security harrassed me because my mentally disabled son bumped into a lady on a ride-on panda. Threatened to "cuff" me, banished me for a year verbally, and told me nobody loved me. A truly odd public experience. No banishment necessary! I make a LOT of money and I'll spend it on my children elsewhere. read more

I was walking in the mall as I always do maybe twice a week. I left my bag on the bench in the mall my phone and other personal identification was in there. I saw the security guard go thru my bag and take it. I'm sueing the company and the guard. He had to reason or permission to take my bag . read more

Belk has a large selection of Big&Tall merchandise. Very clean store, friendly staff of workers and the merchandise was well organized. The merchandise that I looked at was reasonably priced. I particularly enjoyed the whole atmosphere of the store and felt welcomed. read more

This was my first time here. I was in the area and it was snowing outside so I wanted to kill time somewhere indoors and came a across this mall. This mall was more like an indoor shopping center. Did have much stores and most of the stores were unknown mom/pops stores. Not much corporate known stores like in other malls. The food court was very small and definitely didn't have much to chose from so I decided not to eat here. I walked the up and down the mall twice and the vibe was very dim and boring. I guess in their defense, they are either remodeling or opening more stores in phases. Not other options in malls in the area so if your looking for something to do but don't have high expectations, then I recommend this mall. read more

This place is a joke. Ur constantly harassed by security. My poor son cudnt even go to the mall with a few of his friends. Theres not much for kids to do nowadays so going to the mall is just what kids do. But nope all kids have to be accompanied by an adult. It's absolutely ridiculous. Well, this is a large complex including stores around the edges around the Mall Drive, so it's not entirely self-contained, but the section that is enclosed has anchor stores including: 102 - Barnes & Noble 300 - Belk 400 - Belk Men's Store 500 - Dick's Sporting Goods 200 - JC Penney 100 - Sears A number of mall stores like Loft, Movies 8, AE, Coldwater Creek, Aerie, Victoria Secret, Hot Topic, Footlocker, etc. are all within. There's a push to make it kid-fun. $1/person carousel rides for the kids, a kid play area in the center by the food court (the tables need some cleaning, though, we came before lunch rush at 11am and the tables were dirty), there's a little train that rides through half the mall (1 adult, 1 kid = $5), and the day we went there was a bigger toddler/kid (3-10yrs old) area where they could be hooked up and jump on a supported trampoline and flip. Looked like fun, but I was way too big for it. It's a mall, clean and empty during a work day... I suppose it gets busier at night and on the weekends. read more

Okay, this mall is a definite step up from Jasper mall. The Belk is larger and carries more upscale clothing like Polo and Nautica. Plus, there are more deals here but the place looks a bit depressing. Good idea to split up the women's store from the men's and home store for Belk. Other shops look kinda sparse but everyone is represented here. I think the neighboring outdoor stores look more interesting if you ask me. There is a cinema which looks like it has $5 nights on Tuesdays. read more

Really enjoyed visiting this mall and will be back in the future when in the area. The mall is very clean inside and spacious. I went here a few years ago and just recently went back. The mall was a lot nicer on this recent trip. It was nice in the past, but really seems to be getting better and better! I'd definitely recommend stopping by if you're in town! read more

This mall has a good variety with American Eagle, Buckle, Francisca's Reeds, and Belk. The buyers for the stores do a great job to keep the clothes trendy. The children's play area is awesome for little kids and the carousel and little train make an outing to the mall lots of fun for little kids too! It is a clean, safe place. read more

Went to the Paul Mitchell salon to get a haircut. Waited for over an hour which I had no problem with since I didn't have an appointment. So a friend of ONE of the stylist comes in 10 minutes after me. He left and came back and I saw another girl whisper to him. Well next available comes up and he is called! BAD BUSINESS! This was always my favorite childhood mall and it makes me happy to watch it change and grow into an even more awesome mall

Had my service dog here and she chewed her harness up so we put her red collar on her and made sure we had her information that said she was. We walked around the mall and had a wonderful time. Every place we went into was very understanding about it and didnt try to pry as that can be rude but I don't mind sharing why I have her. (I have her for my bad anxiety, she is there to comfort me if I happen to have a panic attack in a store and to comfort me through it so that I can get back to normal as fast as possible. Since getting her I have had a lot less panic attacks and she really helps get me through one when I do and people who also suffer from this know how helpfula serviceanimal can be) JC Penney's was really great and nice about everything, every store was even the arcade. Well she drank a lot of water and we didn't want her to have to be forced to go inside because we didn't let her go outside. Well we took her outside for a second and was stopped by a mall cop which I don't mind it's their job to make sure people aren't bringing fake service animals in. He asked and we told him she was and we went back inside and and he went back to his car no problem right..wrong we were stopped by yet another mall cop while walking inside. He did the same and we thought we were done with the the trouble but as we were walking yet another mall cop stopped us and told us he knew she wasnt a service animal because she wasnt for someone blind or deaf, if she had any accidents we had to clean it up(which she hadn't had any but we would've gladly done it anyway if she had) and that we couldnt exit through the food court area or go in it. He didnt even give us the chance to show him her information. Keep in mind we had already spent almost 3 hours in there. So we were grateful we parked by jcpenney. So unless your service animal is a blind or deaf aid they don't allow it. read more
