All I can say is WOW! I had recently made a very stressful move from Seattle to Spring Hill and was in desperate need of finding a house. After hearing what a tough market it is for a buyer, I was starting this journey from a pretty overwhelmed state of mind. TWENTY-EIGHT. This number pretty much sums up our recent experiences with the Mamo Team for our recent home purchase and home sale. We thought ourselves fortunate to have met Cindy Buday who helped us find and purchase our new home in Timber Pines. She was a gem, a true professional and wonderful people person. Cindy likes seeing people happy and will do whatever she can to make things less stressful and put a smile on your face. She is a super skilled real estate professional. When it came time to move and make the scary leap to put our very loved country home on the market, Cindy introduced us to John Mamo. In 2021 we lost our Mother who lived in Spring Hill. When it came time to liquidate her estate, one of her neighbors highly recommended the Mamo team. How correct that neighbor was! The entire team was awesome from the very first day I met with Ann .To working with the entire team till the day I closed was such a stress free experience . I have bought and sold many houses in my life time , I kind of know what to expect through out the process. Words cannot Express my pleasure with dealing with the Mamo Team selling my house... 5-STARS is not enough... I interviewed three realtors, the first two stated the house should sell for 180k and then John Mamo arrived and stated that it should sell for 245k.... We had a heart-to-heart talk and he explained his position regarding the house value in my area market... We agreed on and listed the house for 239.9k on a Friday... The following Tuesday we had an offer of 252.5k.. And that's what it sold for, a $72,500 difference , unbelievable. John was very helpful, even before we were ready to list our house. We meet with him months before we put house on market and he gave us advice on the market and what to do to prepare the house for sell.
