We're able to buy cigarettes once every two weeks, and we've been giving our business to Smoker Friendly for a few years. We spend a lot of money there on a regular basis and have had no complaints until today. Our designated shopper called today, July 3rd, to make sure they were open and told the clerk that she'd be there in ten minutes, and he said they'd still be open. She arrived in five minutes and the door was locked. She called them several times over the next twenty minutes and never got an answer. Finally, the clerk opened the door and said he'd been in the bathroom, and they were closed now. This caused a bunch of smokers here who were out of cigarettes to be disappointed and very upset. We told the clerk that we will not be back.

What sets this shop apart, and what always had me coming back, was the wonderful staff, and their amazing customer service. Everyone is very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. They remember their patrons, and value their regulars. On many occasions I would receive discounts or extra free items simply because I was a regular. Every time I stopped in I was always treated as a close friend. I have no complaints for the entirety of my patronage there and I will miss both the staff and the act of contributing to this wonderful small business. They informed me that the pharmacist can make decisions and there is nothing I can do about it. I am a disabled senior who needs their medications to survive. This could be a matter of life and death all because this pharmacist wants to play God! What can I do?
