The store had a steady crowd, it was clean, and I was greeted upon entry. I asked for the most experienced, trained specialist given my challenges with hair loss. The stylist I was assigned is Yo M. Yo is incredible. I showed her a picture of what I needed and after a brief consultation she put her skills in motion. I asked for a very specific cut that successfully addressed my needs perfectly. One of the niceties I appreciate is that the experience didn't feel rushed. It was the right pace...this is a reflection of the "winning team" remark as the pace seemed right for other patrons too.
