The Manley Firm took Five hundred dollars from me on 3-10-26 for an appointment with a lawyer on 3-11-26 10:30 am I started calling the firm after they took the money to let them know I was going another route no one was answering my phone calls from the same number we had been correspondent through before they received the money from my account .A family member called and got through an the firm told my family member. (Tell Colman it should be back in his account five to seven business days). Also I had called the wrong number. Some one from the firm call me an told me it's going back to your account immediately i assure you it was pending .I took down the first Yelp review It is no longer pending in my account now it is showing up as a reoccurring Bill .I am just telling you my experience with this Law firm. read more

I would give 0 stars also if I could. The worst money hungry law firm ever. Do not use this firm for anything. Spent over $20,000 to file one motion. 5 different attorneys were assigned to the case. First one quit after a few weeks on the case. They are ridiculous. Wasn't prepared for the case at all. The things they used in court were what I sent. Brought a witness that they didn't use, said witness wouldn't be allowed to testify. That obviously wasn't true as the defendant brought 3 witnesses and I might add was pro bono no attorney and they still lost the case for me against my son. Don't even try to get ahold of anyone cause they won't respond. You can easily get ahold of accounting to deposit more money but god forbid you want to talk to anyone on the phone they won't contact you. Run away from this firm as fast as you can. It's a scam to the worst degree. I will be filing a complaint with the bar association about the fraudulent charges and mid representation. read more

This would be a zero if possible. Six months and over $7000 later, they withdrew from representation. Did nothing. Filed nothing. Took over 30 days to get a response multiple times. Run. Run away. Attorney Lill especially is bad. Condescending. No one advocates for you. $7000 dollars and she withdrew from representation because I, no surprise, accused her of over billing. So many errors in their documentation including grammatical errors. Beyond disappointing. read more

Most would think that my divorce was going to be quick and simple. The only thing my ex-husband and I had to argue over was our son. We had no assets together, so it should have been quick and painless. We were in for a rude awakening. My parents and I consulted with David based on his reviews and I am so glad that we hired him. My case was being fought in a county where my ex-husband's family had ties to most of the judges as well as the sheriff. They were considered "pillars in the community" and it caused many roadblocks. My ex-husband's first attorney unethically obtained an ex-parte order stripping my child away from me and giving my ex-husband temporary custody. This was just the start of my battles in a county that had many corrupt on-goings, but through all of this, David continuously took the high road (even when I didn't want to). David never forced me to make a decision that I wasn't comfortable with, but he made me see things in different lights, and I think that saved my case in a lot of ways. David was always professional, caring, responsive, and understanding of my situation and my feelings. He had to do a lot of extra work because of things that were done by other attorneys behind closed doors, and even when we felt like our backs were against the wall, David never stooped down to the other party's levels, even though I gave him plenty of ammunition. In the end, David and his professionalism prevailed and I am now successfully divorced and able to move forward with my son and work towards our futures and goals. None of this would be possible if not for David's help. I'm sure that my ex and I will have to go back to court at some point in time, and I don't dread it nearly as much knowing that David is in my corner. read more
