He was manipulative and deceitful. Ultimately, my concerns were proven right. He never allowed enough time or opportunity for prospective buyers to see my place, and have time to consider it. Sometimes it took 3-4 weeks to get something minor fixed at the house. The property managers are not proactive on following up with lease contract renew or move-out inspections. The rent for the condo was above market rate. The pet fee was excessive. I moved out a month ago and am still waiting for them to process my security deposit. I would not recommend renting with PMP due to the expensive rent, slow response time and high maintenance charges.

They take 50% of the first month when they rent it to a new tenant - PLUS still that month's 10%. I feel like our rent we get a check for is never even CLOSE to the amount charged to our tenant.
