I tried to explain a problem area on my back that I needed extra attention. Due to a language…read morebarrier, it didn't get addressed. During my session, she left the room to take a phone call. She also stopped at least 3 times to answer a text that she received. No extra time was given. With all that she actually stopped at least 5 min short of my full time. Then to top it off, at the end, I was given a bottle of water and promptly asked for a tip. Then I was given some attitude when I gave her the tip. Obviously 20% wasn't what she expected after using my time to answer the phone, several texts and then quit at least 5 min early. One last thing. Take ear plugs. You'll hear Brahm's Lullaby over and over. It was so annoying I timed the song (20 seconds) and figured I would hear it 180 times in a row, if I was yhere for the full hour. I wont be back.

The yoga was a lot different than what we are used to but I dug it. Focus is mainly on Hatha yoga. Although they are in the same building the spa massages seem to belong to a different entity than the yoga. So if you book both make sure you leave enough time in between so you are not rushed the way we were.

I asked could I see the temp and she tells me no again. Disappointed I leave and try to schedule another appointment with another place. They said yes at first and while enroute to their office I get a text that says they can't service me. Upset and disappointed again I decide to go to Walgreens and check my temp. My temp is 97.7 the average body temp is 98.6. Just Sad. Guess I'll wait to get back home and get my massage.

Excellent! My right shoulder and back have hurt for years. The type of massage, I cannot remember…read morethe name, but I believe it was deep tissue. It hurt during the process as Fran (massage therapist) said she found the problem. After an hour of pain during the massage I am 2 months post massage without any pain whatsoever. What a wonderful job she did. She worked miracles my doctor couldn't even with physical therapy!
