Nice spot. Clean. Machines are clean too. All machines paid by credit card on one portal. You can choose temp, wash level etc. Same for dryer. A bit more pricey. Dryers dry fast. Be aware of the price before loading your clothing. We brought one king sized comforter to wash here, since it doesn't fit in our machine at home. We have never had a problem with it fitting at other laundry mats...it barely fit in their large machines. Also, the price for using the one machine was $20.00! I misloaded my soap in multiple machines - it's confusing as there are four compartments. The attendant confronted me, scolded me, and told me she didn't know how I was going to fix it. What are you going to do about this, she kept asking. Uh, I don't know?! I asked her to stop the machines immediately so I can restart them and move the soap? And then I start furiously using my hands to scoop the soap into the proper compartment. Her unprompted response? This is not our fault. You have to pay to restart them, I readily agreed. I need to get out of this situation and away from this public shaming. But yelpers CLOCK that we stopped the washing machines moments after they started therefore the cost to the laundromat is quite minimal, the water and electricity is not being rendered. So why can't she restart them for me? The service I paid for was not rendered, not delivered. The laundromat really made out nice on my blunder. So I spent 60 dollars AGAIN to restart my machines after hand scooping soap out and being berated for being the village soap loading idiot. Bye The Mat. I'll miss your music. read more

this laundromat says it closes at 9 o'clock. However if you are not done with your laundry folded and out the door 20 minutes prior to 9 o'clock they will actually take care of clothes out and put them outside and tell you that you could no longer finish your laundry. I've been here since 1972. This is definitely not how we treat each other in Boulder Creek California small town we're supposed to be taking care of each other at the very least will never use the facility ever again. read more

today was the WORST experience i have ever had in the MAT...the place was filthy!...FILTHY...dirt and dog and human hair all over the floor,,..hair ties and garbage all over the floor and kids running feral all over screaming at the top of their lungs while the mom seemed oblivious to it!..i took the noise for 20 minutes and finally yelled back to shut the fuck up!..the mom was startled and started slamming the washer and dryer doors..if she wants to FREE RANGE her kids that's her choice but when it is so disturbing that people took their laundry and left it's time to hire a new attendant...you might think you are saving money by only having a night time part time attendant just to clean up but i promise you , they will lose customers faster..and i am one of the customers who will find somewhere else to go if something doesn't change soon..i was there on Sunday and again today..i spend alot of money at your business and in return i would hope to be given some respect and not have kids destroying the Metal cart baskets by jumping in them and standing in their dirty shoes on top of the counters where i fold my clean laundry!..,,this woman also did not have enough money and solicited someone else to pay fot her $68.00 washing machine..the big one..then when she unloaded it she shook all of her garbage all over the floor..you spoke with her about her wanting to use cash and she pretended not to know where to put the money..i firmly believe this would not have happened if an attendant was on duty to supervise....i also believe the Mat would not have been so filthy if an attendant had been there..i know there has been a price increase but why the drop in customer service and the inability to use a bathroom..three seniors , myself included , were greatly inconvenienced by this..i sincerely hope you will address this issue and ban this woman with her 4 unruley undisciplined and LOUD daughters from returning....like i said i was there Sunday morning and found multiple broken machines and the place was crowded and filthy IN THE MORNING and again today @ 2:30 til 5 pm..i am so rattled by this experience that i am shaking!~i have been a customer for over 40 years at this location!....i am very angry! Iv been coming to this laundry mat since I was a kid with my mom. The laundry mat has had its ups and downs, but after the remodel its pretty nice and always very clean. Unfortunately I work late most days so I have to come in late and on three different occasions the staff has told me its too late to dry my clothes at 7:30 even though it says on the door and online it closes at 9. If I put a load in the dryer at 7:30 for half hour or even 40 minutes it should be plenty of time for me to dry and fold a small load of laundry. Recently I dryed a load of laundry and pulled the load out at 8:20 the staff told me that they closes at 9 and it was too late to fold it and the doors automatically lock at 9, it takes about 20 minutes to fold the load, but staff was not happy and asked me to leave. Again I worked late and had to dry a load that I put in at 7:20 the load was done drying at 8:20 again the staff told me it was too late to fold my laundry even though they close at 9, she proceeded to tell me i could not fold my laundry and if I did she would call the cops on me, I proceeded to start to fold the laundry and assured her I would be done by 9 when they close, the staff member then started taking my clothes and and putting them outside saying they had to clean and it was too late to fold this was at 8:35 I finnished my folding by 8:45 but only after the staff had put my clothes outside and threatened to call the cops. Iv talked to several other locals that have told me they have had the same problem. Why have a closing time but not abide by that time, its the most unprofessional thing iv ever experienced in any business in the valley iv lived here for 36 years. read more

A beautifully remodeled laundromat that is spacious and clean. There are different sized washers to suit your needs that cleaned very well and the dryers are plentiful and fast. Payment can be done through an easy phone app. This app allowed me to step outside to enjoy the fresh air of the forest while I waited as it alerted me when the machines I was using were nearing the end of their cycle. There is also a great taco truck right next door and on this particular day a band was setting up to play. I spent equal time inside watching some nature videos they were playing on their large tv and they had some nice relaxing music going as well! I have a perfectly fine washer and dryer at home, but I had tons of blankets, bedding and rugs to be washed which would have taken me a better portion of the day to achieve. I brought everything here and was in and out quickly and enjoyed the rest of my day not having to worry about laundry chores. The bonus is that the owners, Brandon and Erin, are so friendly and attentive and happy to help with anything anyone needed. Ask them what their hippo mascot means, a really cute double meaning. So if they have 7:30 is the lates time to start a wash tell that to your customers before they walk in at 740 and put in a load expecting normal service considering the worker is sweeping the floor for the 5th time today and cleaners noticed me 3 times I mean how couldn't she she swept my shoe with the broom while I was at the kiosk! Regardless I come back to swap my load to be told I'm going to have to leave with a big bag of wet clothes and the guy next to me stated to me after hearing her tell me this that she told him that we weren't going to have time after watching us leave... seems weird and very in professional I ended up going down the road to the other washing place to dry my clothes after being asked for 1.50$ per trash bag to transport my now dripping wet clothes and rags thanks The mat! I also would like to mention I would've had plenty of time to dry my clothes here also being that I put in my load for a 44 minute load and the was took somehow an hour and 5 minutes to complete read more

The Mat is awesome! The new owners did a great job renovating. It is clean and easy to use. I have used the drop-off service twice and it is Amazing! I have a small machine at home so I take my big blankets and towels to save my machine. I am a busy mom of young kids and it is so ooo nice being able to pick up clean, beautifully folded laundry. I brought five huge baskets of laundry and they got it all done quickly at a reasonable price, the service includes detergent, too. You can tell they take pride in their service. The staff wear masks as well, which is nice to know. It is great to have such a nice place locally. read more

This place is awesome! Doing laundry sucks, but here it is actually enjoyable. I love how everything goes through the app, no more changing out quarters and having them get jammed. It's super clean, the attendant is constantly sweeping and asking if anyone needs help. The washers are a bit pricey, but the dryers are cheap so it's a good deal. We tried the taco truck for the first time on Friday, and the food was great. My only complaint was the music... First, I greatly appreciate the effort to provide live music, it really goes above and beyond expectations for a laundry mat! However, the music on Friday 2/18 when we were there was terrible. It wouldn't have been so bad if it wasn't so loud! I never understand why people use an amp when they are sitting 3 feet away from the audience. We wanted to sit outside and enjoy the evening, but ended up hiding in the back of the parking lot to try and escape the racket. It was a real mood killer, and I love just about every kind of music. This was not music. Everything else about this place I can't hype enough, and we will definitely be back! I'm hoping this particular "band" doesn't have a regular gig, and if they do I sure hope they don't blast the volume in everyone's face.
