If you talk after 10 you gey A complainthe worst part was is that one of us was assaulted with a baseball bat and the complex took the side of the man with the baseball bat. it's awesome how you can assault someone with a bat and not get a complaint but if you breathe after 10 you get a complaint. fire alarms were set off way to often. Everyone in the leasing office is incredibly friendly, and the amenities are fantastic! The grounds are maintained well and it always looks beautiful here. In the aftermath of power outages from Hurricane Helene, the leasing office powered up the clubhouse with a generator so that residents could come and charge their phones/laptops, and they even provided us with food and beverages while we were there. You can tell that they genuinely care about their residents. I really love living here!

Ironically, it was the first place I toured, and it became the benchmark of comparison for all of the other places. Beyond the amenities, I was just very impressed by the staff. Allison originally met with my mom and I, and as a pair, we can be a lot! We had many questions, and she not only knowledgeable and patient, but her energy was just awesome! She made me feel right at home with her approachability, and she was just energetic, friendly and somebody I am excited to hopefully see in passing when I move in; overall we enjoyed meeting her as much as we did viewing the unit itself! Fast forward, after having view many other apartments, this was by and large my favorite, so we came back to visit a week later with some follow-up questions more specific to availability and leasing, and she was happy to help. She even let us tour the unit again to give us a refresher after having seen so many places. On behalf of my mom and I, "Thank you Allison!!" :) I've also had the pleasure of meeting over the phone and via email with Marissa, who is equally wonderful. She was able to walk me through the application, and because I am not local, even was willing to facetime with me to view the steps of the application to ensure I did everything correctly. She was prompt in all of her follow-ups, and I truly appreciate her help. The energy and vibes from the building as well as its staff are fantastic, and this being said before having even moved into the apartment. Thanks so much, ladies!! So I moved here a few months back without being able to visit first due to Covid. From my first…read moreinteraction, I immediately felt that not only did they listen to what I was looking for, but went out of their way to make my move easier. The office always responded immediately and made sure everything was set up beforehand to help relieve move-in stress. Once I got out here, I was able to meet Marissa, Nicole and Andrea in person and they welcomed me with open arms. The community itself is beautiful, clean and has amazing amenities thanks to the care of Wayne and Justin. The dog park on the side of the building is such a perk if you have a pup, the pool is an oasis, and any common areas are beautifully decorated. Now most apartments don't have a very interactive environment, but the three ladies plan the coolest events to entertain. I've done a online cooking class, online exercise class, had treats and drinks delivered to my door all during quarantine! The unit itself is spectacular. Huge windows, high ceilings, stainless steel appliances, shiplap accent doors and an open floor plan. I could not have picked a better place to live, with the most amazing group of people working here. So thank you Ellison on Broad for making me feel welcome in my new home!

We never had to pay this in either of our previous apartments with them which we found spiteful that they wanted it once we finally left. We also were supposed to renew our lease and an agent emailed me that she was writing up the renewal, then a week later were told we were no longer allowed to renew or go month to month so we were basically forced out. Don't know if they're just money hungry or if they were upset due to noise complaints on the third story with a 100 pound dog who didn't obnoxiously bark, was just heavy footed. Tuscan just seems to favor certain tenants and it was not appreciated. So if you decide to live here make sure to start off on the right foot with management for sure!

Being that I work from home to separate business area was perfect for me then I can go work out and come back home. Maintainance was always diligent and always willing to go the extra mile. Shout out to George and Joshua! Of also Jerry aka Smiley. There's also a great walk in shower throughout the back that leads to the reedy river. Only downside is at times the wall seem thin so you can hear your neighbors in the play area needs improvement or at least to be bigger. For the price we paid you CANNOT beat it. Oh and I almost forgot the schools or amazing Eastside high school is one of the top rated schools in the upstate!

I have lived in college housing with BAT INFESTATIONS, DEAD BIRDS, SPIDER NESTS and THIS PLACE takes the cake of being the WORST! Not only are the front office and maintenance the rudest people I've met in my life (besides one lovely young maintenance man) but management has no idea what they're doing. They have no remorse for the conditions you're living in and have the attitude of "out of sight out of mind". They send pest control bi-weekly if you request it enough times but somehow despite the "treatments", you will STILL see live roaches all across your apartment (we moved in JANUARY BTW). We had to go there everyday to tell them their apartments were INFESTED with not only just bugs, but ROACHES. Save your money, time, and mental wellbeing and sign somewhere else. You will be living with LIVE roaches and no one will care and act like you're the one insane. "It's just palmetto bugs".... also known as the American Roach. The entire complex is infested. The worst people I've ever had to deal with in my entire life and the worst living conditions. We put in a request to break our lease since we would see a live roach EVERYDAY and they started ignoring our calls and emails, but 2 DAYS before the requested date to break our lease they FINALLY answered after I wrote them with proof of live bugs in the apartment and told us our request had been granted and we needed to be out in 2 days. When we said we hadn't heard from them and can't get out of there by then they told us we only had 2 weeks to find somewhere new to live and get all of our stuff out in order to break our lease. They act like this is an issue you'll deal with everywhere in the South, in reality you won't have to deal with roaches anywhere if the staff treats it. I could write a novel about how this is the worst place to live. Just save yourself from it.
