At first everything was good. they were helpful and friendly, until after signing and moving in…read more Immediately we had a safety and health issue with the plumbing backing up through the whole house. waste was coming up into the tubs and showers. it took months to get it resolved because they would argue over who was paying for it. finally i and to get the water company to come out and take care of it myself. that went on for 5 months with little to no help from Prime. after signing the contract they want little to no contact with you. they are unhelpful with repairs, taking their sweet time. The maintenance men are extremely unprofessional and would hit on my wife when they cam over and didn't think i was there and then i surprised him and he quickly made his leave from my home. They do not care about you at all, only your money. In a perfect home they would be fine but these homes are far from perfect and you will pull teeth to even get a hold of Lisa Ray if you have an issue. The office will almost never answer or call you back. Going back i wish i never rented from his company. they are lazy and uncaring and withhold information from you to get you into their homes. I have rented from many people as a past military member moving often and I highly recommend renting from another company. In the end I also had to threaten them with legal actions to get what was left of my deposit after their ridiculous fees. Stay away from them.

Yet the washer leaks and the dryer does not work a majority of the time. The owners have audacity to raise rent; however, the property has only deteriorated since Lisa Ray has "managed" it. The drafty windows get stuck or hardly open without falling off, and they allow dirt to blow inside. Not-so-private AA meetings are always audible, as that is the residence next door. These interactions include people who deal with drug abuse and sometimes have emotional episodes. Roaches galore. There's a random hole in the basement floor that does not look safe. There is no surveillance, and there are crooked people hanging in the neighborhood. Some of the mailboxes lack flags, and I even caught a stranger rummaging through mine and other tenants' mail.

He tried calling and texting several times threatening to sue our realtor for basically taking his commission after his "efforts" helping us purchase this lot. There were no efforts whatsoever other than a simple phone call. Our offer was then sabotaged by Randy with the sellers and it never even went through. He is extremely rude and greedy trying to get the entire 6% commission from both the buying and selling end. He should not be in any people-business whatsoever. At the time we weren't looking for a home but we tossed around the idea. Fast forward mid 2018, our lease was going to be up that year and we finally decided to start looking at houses. We weren't 100% ready to purchase yet but we figured we'd start looking. As first time home buyers we were absolutely clueless. Kara was very patient and more than happy to show us as many houses as we pleased. Kara took the time to teach us about the housing market, what to look for in a home and to show us homes purely for education without any expectation of us buying. Her goal as our real estate agent was to make sure we loved whatever house we decided to buy. Well, naturally we did find a house we absolutely loved. Modern, newly renovated, pool. Kara knew we wanted that house. Unfortunately this house was hot and already had multiple offers before we even saw it. Kara reassured us we still had a chance to get the house. Kara was aggressive and within a hour had paperwork ready to make an offer on this house. Knowing that the house had multiple offers Kara gave us excellent advice on how to make a competitive offer without overextending our budget. We submitted the offer and unfortunately someone else offered even more than we did and got the house. Which worked out for the best because the house sold for more than our budget. After that we decided to take a few months off from house hunting to focus on our wedding. Later that year in August, after getting back from our wedding we decided it was time to look again. Within a week of being back Kara took us to see houses just about every other day. Her and Miranda (Kbb employee) emailed us daily with new listings that they thought we might like. And just like that the next perfect house came along. The house had only been on the market for a few hours. Kara took me to see it immediately. I got lucky and even got to meet the guy who renovated it. After my husband got off from work we went back to the house and viewed it again. We knew this was the one. Everything about it was perfect for us and Kara knew it the moment we walked in the house. Kara promptly had paperwork drawn up and we submitted an offer that same day. By the end of the day the seller decided their was so many offers that they would make a decision later that day. By 7pm our offer was picked and we were under contract! In the following weeks Kara and Miranda worked with us to help us get all our paperwork together, appraisal, inspection, etc. The process was very smooth. Kara answered all our questions and if she didn't have answer for us she knew someone who did. On September 21st, we closed on our house. We couldn't be more thankful for Kara's help!
