He was fired the day before of the accident because I heard two complaints from customers that he looked suspicious. The first customers alarm went on, and cops came by to check. The second customer lost his expensive bicycle. The worker I'm referring to was on both events that happened only weeks apart from each other. After I fired him he took my truck anyways because he didn't want to lose his job. He then crashed a condominium gate and never confessed it was him, but we saw on the security cameras. The condominium wanted to file a law suit against me company. Thanks it Frank their attorney took me off the case. The next damage accident happened on 2017 after Hurricane Irma with a bobcat. My worker inadvertently drove over my customer's neighbor's driveway to remove a branch damaged by the strong wind. The machine destroyed the old asphalt driveway and the owner wanted to open a law suit to get compensations. I was trying to pay for the damages but she refused it. Frank took over and shortly after with a few letter, the case was settled. Recently I crashed into a irresponsible driver who cut me off and made me crash into the back of his car - this case is still pending (it's been a year). My landlord is trying to sue me for not painting his house after living in the house for 4 years - this case is still pending as well. A worker had an accident at work. He got hurt. frank resolved the case with a few letters. The client will be responsible after the accident through works man compensation insurance. I'm not sure if I'm out of luck with these accidents or what, but if it wasn't for Frank I'd be in deep trouble. I recommend him to anyone for any type of services related to law suit.

Sometimes it may only take a phone call from Mr. Dobkin, and that's what he did. He called my serve advisor and left a message in a non-intimidating tone; I believe it helped me receive a more detailed invoice about my 2022 vehicle repair. The Hyundai dealer had my vehicle for over a month; this was the second time for the same issue. In the past, I've reached out to other attorneys in unrelated matters where I thought a simple call would resolve the situation, but I was given instructions on what to do and unfortunately my efforts were not effective. Therefore, Mr. Dobkin's quick decision to call the service advisor was appreciated very much but was certainly unexpected. I felt like he sincerely cared about my situation. Mr. Dobkin's staff also made me feel like they cared. Although short, the conversations never felt rushed. Sorry…read moreto say hands down the worst representation I have ever experienced. 1) should not have taken case they were out of depth 2) lead attorney was extremely warm and friendly but completely inefficient in my case 3) special facts of the case which I consistently pointed out to attorneys were ignored... I have no fantasy that I am equipped to tell them what to do...however these points I relayed to them were agreed by them to have strategic and legal use and either thru inefficiency, lose dollar value perception by firm or whatever they were never communicated to insurance company and lied to me about having discussed 4) offer was made but insurance company and while not even close to the dollar amount necessary just to cover billings....Scott, Brett and Patricia took away my part in the decision making process by not even letting me know offer was on table. I later found out from insurance company that offer was made. I can do on and on with points of how they failed me miserably on the face of my pleas for them to step up I actually liked alll the attorneys on a personal superficial level...however they so failed me and dragged out inefficiency over a year that it forever impacted my ability to collect I have never written a review like this and it has been a year since I fired them. I just ran into someone who had similar experience and feel I have done the right thing by sharing my experience as a warning. I see in reviews that they have a favorable review ratio....maybe this is deserved and my case was not the usual way they conduct business. I don't know. I do know they objectively failed me miserably and m'ost of it was easily avoidable. There seeming claim is that clients are treated like family.... I was treated like family.... On the fourth rescheduling of the hearing she canceled on me and recused herself. She claimed that the financial documentation that I was giving her as evidence of my finances was not good enough. I ended up representing myself and winning the case on my own. Of course, Ms. Cuellar never refunded the $1500.00 retainer fee that she charged me. Also, pertinent financial documentation that I had given Ms. Cuellar was never returned. Instead her office mailed it out to an old address of mine in another county. So she stole my money and lost financial records of mine that included bank statements along with my social security number and copies of my drivers license. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM. THEY WILL STEEL YOUR MONEY!!!

I had a very frustrating experience with Bobby Nunez and his team. From the outset, communication was a nightmare. I often had to send numerous messages just to get a basic response, and I was repeatedly told that Bobby was "too busy" to talk. The staff was unprofessional and often rude, making me feel undervalued and confused about the process. Bobby's attitude came off as arrogant, as if his time was far more important than mine, simply because he wore a suit and spoke confidently. Additionally, I was instructed to visit a clinic for treatment, only to find out later that they didn't even contact the other insurance company. They wanted to bill my health insurance for services without proper clarification or communication. Overall, I cannot recommend Bobby Nunez.
