I am not looking for an advertising company and I am not in a position where I might need one. My complaint with the company is due to their pop up in top hits in safari. This company, supposed experts in advertising, has managed to solicit a negative review because they think it's a good idea to spam my search engine every time I type in a 'b'. I never understood why companies think spamming their ads is a good business practice. I actively avoid companies that force their ads on me. There is a place for ads, google which tells you the first three results are ads, and anything else is spam. We are forced to look at a certain amount of advertising due to the prevalent internet business model and I understand companies need to make money but forcing me to see a company every time I do a search for anything that starts with a 'b' is beyond ridiculous. It may be I will need the use of an advertising company in the near future. I am in a position to recommend advertising companies. I will never recommend this one nor will I do business with any company who uses them. With all the competition to choose from, businesses better realize they can only push the consumer so far before the consumer starts to push back.

There was a consistent lack of proactivity, measurable progress, and meaningful deliverables, even after repeated feedback and clarification of expectations. It became clear that the business model relies heavily on locking clients into longer-term contracts rather than delivering value that would naturally justify renewal. Once the contract term concluded, there was little confidence that continued engagement would lead to improved performance. After giving feedback that we didn't feel there was enough return, the owner Nicole did not try to produce more value. Instead, she pointed to the contract and the 30 day notice, prying one more month of payment out of us for no tangible return. Given the rapid advances in AI tools, virtual assistants, and transparent performance-based marketing solutions, there are significantly more efficient, cost-effective, and accountable options available today. I would strongly encourage prospective clients to do thorough due diligence, ask for concrete examples of results, and consider alternative solutions before committing to this agency.
