I decided to Google the business name & Dr Coco Williard was described as an internist & pediatrician so she can see my child as well as my husband & me. I called & easily made an appointment at my desired time. Dr Williard is very personable & I liked her from the get go. She is easy to talk to, makes you feel comfortable & at ease but most importantly, she takes her time during the appointments & appear to be genuinely passionate about helping/treating her patients. I've seen Dr Williard a handful of times (either for myself or my child) & each visit is pleasant & never rushed. She listens to & addresses all my concerns & that's important to me in a primary care physician because most of the doctors I've seen dismissed my concerns. I would definitely recommend Dr Williard if you're looking for a PCP or pediatrician. There is plenty of parking & the waiting room is spacious & clean. The front desk ladies & medical assistants are also nice. My only complaint would be the lack of toys or children's books in the waiting room to distract or occupy the kids as they wait. I usually bring my own books to keep the little one occupied. The medical assistant or Dr Williard might bring your kid a book or two once you're called back into the examining room though.

This review reflects my direct personal experience. I met this practitioner through a public event…read morein Houston and later used his paid services intermittently for my family, primarily through virtual sessions. After several remote sessions last year, he suggested meeting in person while visiting Houston in January 2026. We met in a public place, where I shared updates about my family's health. During that meeting, he said he had a gift he had forgotten and led me to an isolated indoor space. Once there, his behavior abruptly changed, he started making personal statements that sounded out of line and unrelated to any professional context. He claimed a supposed "past-life" relationship between us, stating he was a king and that I had been his wife, that we met again in this lifetime for a reason. He initiated close physical contact without my consent including kissing my face, tightly holding and touching me and pressing his body against mine. He asked if I had ever thought about him. All of this felt very unexpected, frightening and inappropriate given the nature of our prior interactions and this sudden shift in behavior. I had never considered him outside of the professional context and never wanted that kind of physical closeness with him. I felt very uncomfortable and like I had been deceived. The destiny and spiritual framing he used to justify his behavior came across as misleading and implausible. I was attempting to leave multiple times, he was not giving me the space to do so and continued blocking,grabbing and touching me, repeating that it was his last time in Houston. I can only share limited details publicly but the interaction became increasingly insistent and continued to escalate despite my efforts to disengage. He was making personal comments such as that he "felt I needed more love" and that he would "miss me so much". I felt that my own expressed wishes, boundaries and comfort were being disregarded, like they did not matter. I also felt pressured and uncomfortable by the repeated attempts to keep me there and continue physical contact. I was eventually able to leave, but felt very shaken. Given the level of trust my family and I had placed in him as a practitioner, this experience was deeply disturbing to me. I sought his services for an entirely different purpose and did not expect to be approached in this way. His behavior made me feel that my trust, vulnerability, and my family members' medical situation had been taken advantage of for the wrong reasons. I would never want this to happen to someone else. In my view, his actions did not reflect any higher principles and values, quite the opposite, and I can no longer trust someone who acted like that behind closed doors. I want to add that when I later called him out about what occurred he responded minimizing the situation, again framing it in vague emotional and spiritual terms and offered only a conditional apology. I took steps to address the incident through appropriate official channels shortly after and it was taken seriously. I now want share my experience with others for awareness. I hope this can help others. According to information provided to me by the Acutonics Institute, he is not currently recognized as a licensed teacher or Certified Practitioner and has not been in contact with them for over 20 years.

When I called to make an appointment with them for the Genesight test, I spoke with someone over the phone from their office who said the doctor registered no longer works there but they still provide the test. I came in, had the test done, and one week later was contacted by a different company, Genomind asking me for my personal information. I was confused and asked if they were a parent company to Genesight. They said they were not, and did not offer the same subsidies as the Genesight company. I had selected Contemporary Medical Associates because I called and confirmed with them that they offered the Genesight test, told prior by Genesight that I qualify for a significant subsidy in leu of the $300 initial cost. Up until this morning, associate Maria was still under the pretense she had administered the Genesight test, however she claimed it was spelled Genecite and even spelled it for me over the phone not the Genesight test. Maria even told me the test I received was spelled "G-e-n-e-c-i-t-e" test at which point I called GenoMind to say they had never offered a test by that name. They said they offer a genocept test and had never heard of the "g-e-n-e-c-i-t-e" as Maria spelled it for me. Maria told me it was on the website when I called back to ask her again where she found the word genecite, she then realized it was in fact the genecept test. She also told me their office was never registered with Genesight. I asked her if a former doctor working for the company may have registered to which she replied possibly but that the doctor hasn't worked at CMA for 5 years. I also spoke with the office manager Heather who did not see a problem with the error. She was extremely rude and continued to aggressively ask me what they could do for me at this point. I was made to feel stupid for not looking at the form when up until this morning their own staff was saying I had the Genecite not Genesight test done, when in fact it was the Genecept test. I am now likely out more money than I initially would have been. And a company that was not recommended, researched, or vetted prior, or recommended by Dr. now has my DNA.
