At the time of cancellation, no meaningful work had been performed, and the only information provided to the firm was basic onboarding documentation and income information. Beyond the billing dispute, I was also uncomfortable with certain aspects of the onboarding process, including requests to transmit sensitive personal information through standard email communication. My experience left me disappointed and frustrated. While others may have a different experience, I would not personally recommend this firm based on my interactions regarding communication, onboarding, and billing practices.
