What a joke. Brain keeps sending out unqualified people to install an elevator for my friend. He is a purple heart vet from Korea and Vietnam and Brian bending him over a barrel daily. He says he'll be there and never shows up. His contract says " estimated labor" with no pricing for hourly rate. This man is taking advantage of the elderly and should be ashamed. Not a professional. Do not use these people to get or install a stairlift! My parents hired them to install a stairlift for $3190. Then, they kept coming back to them with more charges to install it- $632 for wood to go on the steps, $395 to install the lift, $75 for an extra outlet, $725 to install planks on stairs, $343 for a handrail. In all, they paid over $2000 to install it. Stay away from them. I think they just took advantage of elderly people with failing judgement. It makes me very sad! I wish I could have stopped it, if I had known what was happening. The stairlift worked, but the price was exorbitant, especially the repeated charges.And, it took almost two months to get it installed! read more
