My 2 stars is generous…read more Her services are remarkable regarding how good she is and how much on your returns she can get you. But there is literally NO communication. Literally none at all. For the past two years I've been asking for a pdf copy of my returns and she still hasn't sent them. I nearly didn't get into university because they needed a copy of my tax returns for my grant access and she slept on sending them...for two months. I barely got under the wire. If you try to contact her regarding any information whatsoever she'll pull the "single mother" card and how busy her life is. Absolutely abysmal excuse. You're allegedly running a business involving people's tax information, you should honestly start acting like it. She has literally never answered the phone once in all the times I called, and you can forget about her responding to emails. It's a shame because she's really excellent at it and does it quickly, but if you have questions, forget it, you will literally never hear from her again. It's an absolute shame. This is such an easy fix. Just respond! Just respond to the people who are paying you for a service, which includes answering questions about the service. If you have too many kids to contend with and it's interrupting your professional life, that's no reason to take it out on people who are PAYING you for the job you're not doing.
