It is the foremost event space within the storehouse and can be separated into two rooms - a dining section and a bar, or alternatively one single, large space. The Arrol Suite is named after Sir William Arrol, the man responsible for the steelwork of London's Tower Bridge and Dublin's Guinness Storehouse. Enclosed by towering windows looking out over the Brewery and beyond to Dublin, the space takes up, more or less, one whole side of this gigantic construction. These extraordinary soaring windows and the room's radiant oak floor see to it that a bright and fresh ambience is fashioned. I can vouch for The Arrol Suite as a flawless spot for corporate events, balls, product launches, gala dinners, award ceremonies, and receptions.

The shower was nice and hot with great shower pressure. Breakfast was included- basic but enough to start the day. The staff were all very nice. You need to use the room key to enter the hotel so it is secure. The location is also very good- away from the noisy touristy area but within walking distance of many sites. I was able to walk everywhere in 15-20 min. There is a taxi stand on the side street right next to the hotel too. I booked early so I got a really good price for this hotel and I definitely would stay here again.

Upon arrival our room wasn't ready so they treat me and my wife to a nice cold beer and apologized for the inconvenience. With a cold beer in my hand was ok by me. They had our room ready before we finished our beers. The staff here is exceptional when it comes to customer service. I like that they keep the front door locked and have a door man to keep those that don't belong out. The hotel is very clean in all places. The bed was a little stiff for my liking, but I have back issues so probably a me problem. This hotel itself is very quiet. The street noise had brief moments of people yelling. If you stay here check to see if your windows are open. We didn't know they were and once we figured that out it helped with some of the noise. Parking here is about a block away and a bit pricey. Make sure they validate your parking for the reduced rate. The location makes a lot of things within walking distance. We walked to the zoo and temple bar areas during our stay. I would stay here again for sure.

What a cool place…read more Our first stop for breakfast in Ireland. Had the full Irish man's breakfast. So good and plenty of food. Server was sweet and friendly. You either like the flavor of Irish food or not. Compared to American food it is less salty and probably healthier. Coffee was great flavor and loved it. I knew this was risky, saying that I come from the land of Mexican food in the U.S. (Southern California). However, the nachos were surprisingly good! They weren't the best that I had ever had, but they were tasty, and they were certainly the best nachos that I have had in Ireland or at any Irish restaurant in the U.S. For dinner, I had the "Homemade Steak & Guinness Pie" served with mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables. This was really good! The steak & guinness pie was very flavorful, wasn't overly salty, the steak was tender, and I loved the puff pastry that came on top of it. The vegetables were also very good. I hadn't had very good experiences in Ireland before that with getting fresh vegetables, but these actually tasted fresh. The portions were very generous as well. The staff were friendly and the food came out super FAST, which was awesome because we still had a ton of driving to do to make it to our hotel in time. The prices were reasonable. First proper holiday in two years, and we really needed it. Arrived at Dublin International Airport…read moreat an obscenely early hour shortly after 5am. Couldn't go to our B&B that early so after collecting our luggage and clearing customs, we had a nice coffee and relaxed a bit. A taxi brought us to our B&B, Azalea Lodge, where we seemed to have woken our host, Padraig, up, or at least caught him before he was ready for the morning. He was in good spirits though and welcomed us. It was only about 7 or so, and we were hoping to drop our luggage off. As luck would have it, our room was vacant and ready. Padraig offered us early entry so we could take a nap. Woke after an hour or two ready to see the sights. Padraig's wife, Bernadette, greeted us on our way out and was very helpful with bus information and was able to sell us a family bus pass for the day. After a full day of walking around Dublin, we were sure happy to get back to our comfortable room at the B&B. Breakfast the next morning was perfect. The rates were very good for Dublin. would definitely stay here again. Padraig and Bernadette are great hosts!
