Excellent views with a fun ambiance. Great for Happy Hour Specials. Restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly. The Guacamole was very good and the Birria sliders were full of flavor. The tap beers were nice and cold.

5 stars for the service and the drink! Bar and inside is cool. Taylor was a great bar tender. Ordered the Tugatini and was not disappointed. I typically don't like citrus forward drinks but this had a nice balance to it and it really did taste like a key lime pie dessert. Outside is cool too but the glass needs to be cleaned. It's quite dirty/smugger which takes away from it being an awesome rooftop when you're siting down and all you see is a dirty sheet of glass. Would definitely come back here if I'm staying at the graduate!

The moonstone was wonderful and delicious. We both got the Beria nachos and they were great. We also got the tres leches for dessert. For the portion size the nachos were big enough that I couldn't finish them, but my husband was able to finish his plate. There are only a few options on the menu. It is mostly drinks which we did not get. The service was super speedy and fast. They were super kind and friendly and on top of that it was the cutest little restaurant you've ever seen I love the skyline view so pretty definitely recommend I will be going back.

Loved this drink but can't remember what it is called.

Great place to dine/ drinks while enjoying the views of the city. Our waitress was super attentive and provided us with great service

It was definitely a scenic spot. It's located atop the Graduate Hotel in downtown Tucson. Moonstone has a gorgeous view of the city. It's a perfect spot to catch the sunset with a cocktail in hand! The ambiance is beautiful at night still because the restaurant has cozy lounge areas and fire pits that help keep you warm. We arrived around 6:30pm and the sun was already completely gone so I do recommend you come around 3-4 to make sure you watch the sunset. The drinks, however, are fantastic, and I'd highly recommend visiting for a drink rather than a full meal. The customer service was exceptional; we were seated right away, and the space was beautiful and clean. Parking can be a bit tricky, with street parking a little further away. Once inside the hotel, simply take a right to the elevator, press "RT," and it will take you straight up to the rooftop. With two TVs to catch the game and a laid-back atmosphere, Moonstone is a great spot for drinks and casual lounging. It's also ideal for hanging out with friends or enjoying a relaxed evening in Tucson.

Loved this place. This restaurant is inside a hotel called the graduate downtown Tucson. We went to the rooftop bar and it has the best view ever got there at sunset so it was perfect. Our waitress was the best the entire staff actually were extremely nice and the food well this stole the show the birria tacos were amazing. And they loaded them with birria the wings were good too but the nachos stole the show. We had a few drinks and too notch too their old fashioned was smooth definitely a place to celebrate something or someone.

Great spot in town to grab a drink and app! The Moonstone has the best view of the sunset and lots of great seating. My go-to before stoping by the bars on University blvd or for a catch-up with my friends.

    To a lost friend :) !!

Pretty cool for a hotel bar ... combined with a rooftop pool I mean ... for Tucson this is great.

Such a great bar/grill on top of the Graduate Hotel. A simple, but nice menu. Great views. Indoor/outdoor seating. TV's for big games. Taylor was our bartender. She is super friendly and attentive. A really nice space.

The Moonstone is located on the rooftop of The Graduate Hotel. The main reason to visit this bar is for the amazing views and mountain scenery! This is an excellent spot for after work cocktails or pre-dinner drinks. As soon as we walked in we were seated and our drinks came out right away. Cocktail prices range from $14-$17 each, so they are a bit on the higher side compared to other bars in town. I enjoyed the Hibiscus Mezcalita, which had a smoky flavor. I also tried the Cactus Water, but did not enjoy that drink as much. They have tons of different seating arrangements from equipale chairs, couches, hanging swing chairs, a bar area, and a really nice outdoor area with fire-pit tables. They do have a limited selection of food items, however I did not try any this visit. A couple of disclaimers to note, the tables were not super clean during my visit. They also did not provide drink coasters or napkins. Lastly, parking can be a little tricky and often requires meter parking nearby. Again, the views still make this a place to visit.

Such an amazing time! Loved the drinks, the view and the food. Definitely coming back again

Came for a view of the sunset along with drinks, The Moonstone did not dissapoint and was recommended by a local friend We ordered a couple of cocktails and they were all tasty and refreshing, and considering it's a rooftop bar, not overly priced which is appreciated

Rooftop bar in Downtown Tucson? Yes sir! Really chill vibe...especially for a Saturday afternoon with all the students getting on campus to start the year. Great food. Had the shrimp ceviche and street tacos. Great seating inside at the bar or cool seating out on the deck that we couldn't enjoy today but if we come back down in the fall with definitely do sitting on the deck.

    Food with the view!

It's a fun and also elegant atmosphere with the zebra theme clearly exemplified across the space. I would have to say this is one of the coziest bars I've been to, the furniture and seating is really supportive of a long-term visit. There are other levels, lower and an upper level besides the main space, but be aware that if there are parties, they can typically take up different areas. Our bartender, Sarah was fantastic! The way that she handled all of the guests and the busy field was incredible, so calm and collected, and furthermore making some really incredible drinks. Heads up that the online drink menu is not the current drink menu, I couldn't remember all the names of our drinks and put those in the photo captions, so when I checked on the website, the menu was showing something different other than what I saw at the bar. Out of several places I've been to, I'd say the mixture of flavors and details in the drinks are quite unique. I'll be back for more one day

Same charms, different bartender, and new summer (May) craft cocktails that have become quite substantial (see pic of double-sided menu). Though we arrived at 4:10 (right after their usual 4p opening) on a Saturday, no happy hour, but we were first patrons and grabbed the big bay window. We are both on a mezcal discovery kick and ordered the Black Cathedral ($16) and the Girl Dinner ($16). Each was as described (pic) and delicious. We had dinner plans and needed to leave at 5:15 - just as things were picking up. We'll definitely be back sooner.

We were a lively group of seven, and after our meeting we even celebrated my birthday. From the moment we walked in, I was impressed. The restaurant is bright, inviting, spacious, and has a warm, modern atmosphere that immediately makes you feel comfortable. The food was outstanding! Our table enjoyed a delicious variety of favorites, including Elote Nachos, Shrimp Ceviche, Mac & Cheese with Chicken, and several Happy Hour entrées. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. And if you visit, do yourself a favor--order the Margarita with Tajín (that perfect blend of mild chile, lime, and salt). It was absolutely delicious! What truly made our experience memorable, however, was the exceptional hospitality. Manager Edmont and our server Olivia treated us like old friends from the moment we arrived. They were attentive, fun, and genuinely made us feel welcome. The highlight? Edmont surprised us by leading our group in the Tucson High Badger Fight Song after learning we were alumni! Talk about going above and beyond. To top off a wonderful evening, we shared a warm Cinnamon Roll Bread Pudding complete with a birthday candle--a sweet ending to a fantastic celebration. Redbird isn't just serving great food; they're creating memorable experiences. I also appreciate that they partner with local businesses, something that speaks volumes about their commitment to our Tucson community. Love the wall of chianti bottles that lead to the bar and love that the staff dress up in casual Prohibition garb. Came here for girl's night and it was everyone's first time even at the restaurant but mine. I'd had dinner a couple times in the restaurant for my birthday and had the cheese wheel fettuccine alfredo. I asked if anyone was interested in trying it and so 3 of us split it which ended up being pretty perfect. It is hands down THE BEST fettuccine alfredo. We had many drinks come to our table, the first round being the homemade limoncello. Made with local Meyer lemons, it is deliciously potent. A must try. The bartender, Ryan or Brian, he made cocktails from the heart. A couple of gals ordered "dealer's choice" drinks and they were inspired by the drinker's stories. It was really a unique experience for them and I could almost see his mind working out the chemistry of the libations. Another must try, although I didn't because I had to drive myself home. I did have a coffee with Bailey's, Amaretto, and freshly-made whipped cream. Last must try if not on a coffee drink maybe on a dessert. One person in our party thought that the drinks were on the spendy side. Many of the ingredients were house made and all top shelf. I'm from Los Angeles so an $18 drink was a normal night at the klerb. Worth mentioning if that would be a deal breaker. Worth a go. I thought it was better than the speakeasy at the Sonoran House which was too bright and not intimate. You really like feel more like you're not where you're supposed to be at The Still. There is a curio cabinet with cigars that I think are for sale. The speakeasy opens up to the patio for all the smoke suckers. Great for a small groups or date night, maybe not the first date.
