We scheduled an oil change and tire rotation on line. Went to the bay and the guy came out and said we had to go to the service side as they had someone quit and he needed help. Understandable, we go and there is one lady waiting then us. We wait for about 10 minutes get to the counter and the guy is like i dont know how to get into that system you have to wait for the other guy. So we wait about 5 more minutes and the guy is like oh no I cant figure this out either. And he looked like a manager so he should know his business. So at this point we are already 15 minutes past our scheduled appointment. Then he said we'll i can try to split my guys up and get you in in about 30-45 minutes. No thank you. I made an appointment for a reason. So I tried to ask the secretary if she knew and she completely ignored me. Bad service will not go again. read more

***WARNING TO ALL STAY AWAY FROM THE MOTOR COMPANY*** THEY BLEW UP MY ENGINE! Service department and owner are both horrible! 1-18-19 I brought my Toyota Tundra in for an oil change. Drove it home when done and a few hours later noticed a basketball sized oil spot on my garage floor. I crawled under the truck and they stripped the threads on drain plug They towed the truck back to the quick lane. I was called by service writer and told I had 2 options replace the oil pan on my dollar, or the motor company will retap at their cost cost. I chose retap. 1-21-2019 truck was finished I picked it up and THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE REPAIR! I paid the bill. At home I crawled under to inspect and found they DID NOT retap the oil pan, instead they put some tape or putty on the threads! I called Dan and he said they never intended to retap the oil pan and claimed they told me this was a temporary fix! Lies lies lies! 1-25-2019 My engine blew up in Menominee Michigan while my daughter was driving on Highway 41. I paid to have it towed to a different repair shop and they found that the oil filter was installed wrong causing my engine to blow up. I paid the bill for the tow and diagnosis. 1-28-2019 thru 2-28-2019 It was towed to TMC and the confirmed the diagnosis. Dan Nole told me TMC owed me an engine. That is when I told him I didn't trust his mechanics to install the engine and asked if Toyota could do the repair or if TMC would purchase the truck. I was told my ONLY option was TMC do the repair. I had the same conversation with Bob Juul and was given the same answer. On different conversations with both Dan and Bob I was told the used engine ordered had around 80,000 miles and that it should be finished within 2 weeks. BOTH WERE LIES! The engine has over 128k and the repair took 31 days! I picked up the truck 2-28. Also a new radiator had to be installed because TMC damaged the one in the truck. 3-8-19 truck towed from my work in Green Bay back to TMC. High idle, 4Lo light flashing, traction control light on, check engine light on. They found loose wire connection to PCM. Picked up truck no lights on. Emailed and text videos of truck acting up to Bob and Dan. 3-13-19 thru 3-15-19 Driving to work Green Bay, truck engaged into 4Lo at 75MPH throwing me into the steering wheel. Same lights on as before flashing 4Lo, check engine, and traction control. I called Dan Nole and he said tow driver would bring scanner tool with him and check the trucks codes before loading the truck. He didn't, rather he disconnected the trans cable (later to be found damaged) and winched it on. TMC found no issues! I picked up 3-15. Emailed videos of truck acting up sent to Bob and Dan. 3-16-2019 Lights back on. Emailed videos of truck acting up to Bob. 3-18-2019 Truck was inspected by Toyota and they found the trans cable was damaged, and recommended ALL wiring connections be rechecked and to R&R engine to check for any pinched or shorted wires that may have occurred during the engine swap performed at TMC. I contacted Bob Juul told him the diagnosis and estimate/bill and was told TMC WOULD NOT PAY FOR THE BILL! On my drive home the truck AGAIN SLAMMED INTO 4Lo on HIGHWAY 41 at 75MPH. Email with videos of truck acting up sent to Bob. 3-23-2019 thru 4-5-2019 Truck returned to TMC for same repair. Instead of checking the wiring, they decided to open up my transmission which I expressed NOT TO DO!! TMC replaced a shift solenoid and cleared codes. My wife picked up the truck and before she got home the 4Lo, CEL, and TRAC light were back on! I told Bob this was the LAST TIME TMC WILL TRY ANY OTHER REPAIRS. Email with videos of truck acting up sent to Bob. 4-13-2019 Truck now will not shift past 4th gear rpms 3500 at 60mph, and clunks between gears. I emailed Bob and sent him multiple videos of the truck acting up, his response "Thanks for the update" I expressed to Bob and Dan multiple times that the truck is unsafe to drive and it is my only vehicle. I told him I don't feel safe driving with my family in it and also don't feel safe for other drivers on the road if the truck breaks down again! ON EVERY SINGLE OCCASION I ASKED THE TRUCK BE REPAIRED BY TOYOTA,BUT WAS TOLD "I CAN BRING IT TO WHOMEVER I CHOOSE BUT TMC WILL NOT PAY FOR THE REPAIR". I also asked if they'd purchase the truck since all the problems arose from TMC, and was told NO! Lastly, I asked if TMC buy out the 12 month warranty given with the engine and I would take all responsibility of the present issues and any others that arise... again I was told NO! Currently I'm left with an unsafe undependable truck to commute 90 miles round trip to work! THANKS MOTOR COMPANY! Update: New offer- I can bring the truck where I want for repair I must pay the bill, then bring to TMC and they will make a determination if they pay it!.......They can't be trusted to change oil correctly, not sure I trust TMC to reimburse me considering their multiple lies. read more

I would give them a zero star rating, but that's not possible on Yelp. I try to buy local normally but will never come here ever again. We were ripped off and basically told things that made no sense by the service department and their manager. They put us into a catch-22 where they had to fix the vehicle before we could safely drive it. I would avoid this place for any service work. The oil change place adjacent to them is great and not associated with the dealership that I can see. Don't know about the sales side of the dealer. read more

This is a tiny po-dunk dealership in the middle of nowhere that lacks the ability to effectively communicate and follow through with their sales. I purchased a car here and the dealership has been nothing but problems. Carol, who finalizes all of the contracts is unprofessional, incompetent, and rude. Carol only cares about selling you a car and a upsetting you on a third unnecessary warranty and then drops the ball on the rest of the car buying process. Once I turned down her many attempts to sell me a third form of warranty that would go on top of the other two warranties active on the car, she began treating me completely different. Carol contacted my insurance company to set up insurance on the new car and later returned to inform me everything was taken care of. Later she somehow decided that my car's insurance was somehow not taken care of and while I was away for a business trip, Carol decided mail me my tax payment to my permanent address (in another state) instead of my current address. In all of my communications with this dealership prior to visiting their location, during the test drive, and while filling out the paperwork I made it known I travel ALOT and would be away for work immediately after buying the car. Unaware of what she had done, I returned from my work trip I called on a Sunday and left voicemail letting her know I had just returned from a work trip and left her my license plate information to be transfered. I never heard back so later on Monday I emailed the male associate. I never heard a response from the email and called to check on things. The dealership acknowledge receiving my email earlier in the week, but decided not to contact me back as they had essentially washed their hands of transferring my plates. Carol then told me she had mailed my taxes and plate registration fee to my permanent address instead two states away. Now I have a check in another state for well over $1,000. Less than professional technicians. I brought my car in for service of check engine light. Was told it was the catalytic converter on left side and they would call when it came in. She called said it was in amd i could take a loaner car. After leaving with loaner car she calls and said we ordered the wrong side and to bring back loaner amd when the right part was in they could change it. Part comes in, exchange cars again and they replaced it. One week goes by and the same engine light comes on. I bring it in again exchanging vehicles and they changed the wrong side, its the right side that needs replacing. Long story short they should have read the codes and replaced the correct side to begin with. Ugh very frustrating! read more

I have gone to this dealership for repairs before and I have had nothing but trouble and excuses when it comes to work on my F250. This time I took it in to get the clutch pedal mounting bracket replaced. I drove the truck to the dealership with no problems. I was told that the clutch master cylinder also needed replacing. So I told them to replace it. When I picked up the truck. I could barely get it into gear, to get it into reverse I had to turn the truck off and put it in reverse. The gears are barely engaging. To top it all off the right front Caliper is locked up. They claim that they didn't do it. That it was like that when I brought it in (it wasn't). My truck barely runs now. All I needed was a new mounting bracket. How do I go from that to my gears barely engaging, and a locked up caliper. So I asked what it would cost to repair the right Caliper. Their replay was that if I did the core charge it would be over 200 hundred dollars. Without the core charge it would be about 160.00 and 1 hr. of labor. It doesn't sound right. It almost as if they are collecting on the core charge twice. One from me, and one from the manufacture. So why would I do the core charge if it is going to cost more for it. I had to have the truck towed to the dealership because I couldn't get it in gear , at which time they proceeded to take the transmission apart. They wound up have to put in a whole new clutch assembly and replace the clutch master cylinder a second time. I asked if the master cylinder could have caused the problem. They said no..... The previous time I need a speed sensor. They wanted to put the truck on the analyzer at 80 dollars for doing so. There wasn't any check engine lights so putting it on the analyzer would have done nothing. Only that I would have to pay them to hook it up. They also wanted to run other test to make sure that it wasn't something else causing the problem and not the speed sensor. Altogether was going to cost about 250.00 dollars to repair the speed sensor. I decided to take it to another shop and have them replace it. They replaced the speed sensor and everything worked just fine after that. It cost me about 85.00 dollars, 35 for the speed sensor and 50 for labor. It makes me wonder if I really needed a new clutch master cylinder or did they just sell me a part that didn't need to be replaced. Beware of the this dealership. I am beginning to suspect that they are making money on services and parts that you don't need. I finally got my vehicle back. One month after I put it in to the shop for repair. My 200.00 dollar repair came in at over a thousand dollars. They did give me a break on the price, but it was still at a 1000.00 dollars. They should have done the work for free. I feel that the repairman was over his head. The fact that they had to replace the Master cylinder should, have been a clue that it was something that they did. Think about it, I took it in for the replacement of the clutch pedal mounting bracket. How do you wind up having to replace the clutch, the master cylinder twice. read more

I had my 2015 Navigator serviced. I first went to the dealership to get the work done and was told the service would be done by the Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center that was right next door. That seemed a little strange and something I had never experienced. So I drove over there and was met by a very nice gentleman who was very helpful. I had called the dealership to make I had an appointment as I had to travel a ways to get the service done and wanted to make sure they knew I was coming. When I didn't seem to have an appointment, the gentleman assured me it would be no problem, spent a couple of minutes on the computer and found the problem and my reservation. They got the work done in just over 30 mins and all was as expected. Also since it was raining and my leased auto insured me a car wash, he offered me a coupon for a car wash later on. So when I first was told about this arrangement I was concerned. But after experiencing it I think it is a novel and innovative approach to improving both their customer service and experience. I recommend this dealership and am glad to have leased my truck thru them. read more
