They just got 2 contuances and they want their money for service not preformed because everyone is sick!!! I may reach out to the bar association. I'm tired of this dishonest law firm not keeping me informed and demanding payments. No one is ever in their office in Belton. I can prove my whereabouts. I am INNOCENT OF ALL CHARGES. Yet the very first attorney I spoke with said, " we will make a plea for a lesser charge. " I'm not pleading anything but NOT GUILTY.

He took $8000 from my brother in law for a case that was until June 3, 2017 as a retainer by brother in law passed away and Mr. Cain refused to return any of the retainer money. We are unable to get the bond money refunded without the assistance of an attorney figured since Mr. Cain kept the $8000 retained without any work on his case and now is not assisting us as needed to get this bond money back.
