Some of our guests were actually asking if Derek was the owner of the venue because of how involved he was throughout the entire day! That's the kind of person he is. He genuinely cared about our wedding being perfect, not just about doing his job as the DJ. And then Derek did something that meant more to me than he probably realizes. He audio recorded our ceremony, even though I never asked him to. Having that recording now is incredibly special to me. It's something I didn't even know I needed until he gave it to us, and I will treasure it forever.
