Of the four places on the list, Ben David Jewelers was the only one who gave me pricing information that I was happy with. They were not the cheapest, but they were the only ones who didn't seem to flip-flop and make advance excuses on why the price might be considerably higher than what they quoted me. We headed in and dropped off two of her rings. They were ready in just a matter of days. They were sized as we requested and fit my wife well. As long as my wife is happy, I'm happy. Additionally, the store is staffed with professionals, not people who were working at a clothing store in the mall last week and a jewelry store in the mall this week. Upon receiving the item I turn it over and it has a price tag from Hobby Lobby for $17.99. Needless to say I paid way more than that. Seems to be very poor service not to post this information. They lost a loyal customer.
