Donna, Soon and Jessica make you feel like royalty. The foot spa is perfect, the foot scrub and massage is so relaxing, the designs and nail art are beautiful. Depending on the time day, it can be slow (and good for walk ins) or very busy (then you just make an appointment in advance or come in later). On a Friday at 1pm, people kept calling or stepping in expecting an immediate opening, but I made an appointment for three of us (mani pedis before the wedding) the day before, so we kept them busy. The three nail technicians were great to talk to and Devine service! My two friends and I were grateful and enjoy our beautiful nail makeovers. Bonus: Donna guarantees that a gel mani (shellac) will last at least two weeks!

I have been having a great experience at this salon. Donna is very attentive to detail, which is SO HARD to find in a nail technician, at least for me. I usually get a gel manicure. Crappy salons will not use enough acetone to remove the old gel and then file the gel off instead of letting it soak off. This ruins your nails, and to my delight Donna avoids this approach. Additionally, they have the higher quality UV trays so that you only have to keep your hands in them for a short time to harden the gel. This takes a lot of time off of the manicure and well worth it! The salon is clean and attractive, they honor appointments on time, and overall it's a very nice experience. I am very picky about nail salons.

Christmas French tip manicure!

Good manicure and great prices! Donna, the owner, took over the painting portion of my shellac manicure since I requested something the original girl had never done before. I did really appreciate that she asked me multiple times if I was happy with the French tip shape and size and didn't mind tweaking it when I requested it.

This is the nail art they did on my toes.

Went in to get a pedicure and they told me to come back in an hour, and wrote me in for an appointment. I came back for my appointment and they had forgotten about it and I ended up waiting 15 minutes while I watched the employees talk and eat while watching an obnoxious movie. The water for my pedicure was cold, and when the asked how the temperature was, I said it was cold, but they never did anything to change it. I showed them a picture of some nail art that I wanted on my toes...and they didn't even try to do anything similar. My toes look terrible and I am embarrassed to wear sandals. They were extremely rude and unprofessional during my entire experience, not to mention the salon was dirty and cluttered. I can't believe this place has good reviews, as my experience was absolutely horrible and I would never go back.

New location and business card.

Love this place. Newly moved into a cute little cottage at 2036 South Bend Ave. I called ahead and they were able to immediately accommodate my schedule. The shop is clean and pretty. The ladies working were all very personable and professional. I had my gel nails removed by Soon. She was gentle and meticulous. I loved talking with her and the rest of the shop-- the open atmosphere makes it a great place to "get away" but also to connect with others. The prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be going back.

I wore a mask as there were two employees coughing. I had a dip manicure which I told him that I had not flat nail beds, and to go easy on the amount of dip, I will share the result. It's rather disappointing spending $100 for a manicure and a pedicure(with tip) and your manicure really doesn't look great at all. He charged me extra to trim my cuticles. Is that a thing? Update. I went back in today and ask that they fix my nails because the polish was just too thick. They did with no charge. It still wasn't the most pleasant experience the first time, but I'm glad that they fixed them and made it less bulky.

I was actually really upset this is the most unkid friendly I have ever seen a place. I told them that I don't appreciate them taking other customers before my children and none of the chairs were even needing to be used by any other customers. I said I would have known that they weren't getting a pedicure they could have sat in their waiting room and they told me that's not free either they argued with me in front of everyone I could have walked away not paying a single thing but they still had me pay $10 for a kid to sit in the water. I couldn't believe how rude they were about children and their professionalism toward them.
