So many things went wrong it felt extremely rushed, the lady was using the drill at a very high speed to drill of my previous gel and kept burning my nail plate and ripped my cuticle skin. I kept asking her if she was okay to work and she would just smile and nod her head. After that she cut my toe nails really crooked and i reapeatedly told her that I was not liking it and she kept ignoring what i was saying and saying "the file will fix it."
